So naturally, they were the first (and only) real estate firm I called to list my house in Millerton, NY (and no, not a million or multi-million dollar home). Obviously, like anything, it depends on the agent you get and I was fortunate enough to get Tracy Macgowan. Tracy is like no other real estate agent I have ever worked with (and I've had many in both NY and California). Tracy went out of her way to calm my nerves and worries. Tracy is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and even suggested a higher price than I thought, and we got the price she suggested! Tracy is very communicative which I absolutely appreciate.
