But at the end of the day this woman knows her stuff. There is no one like her in the Hudson Valley. She is beyond intelligent and beyond connected. At the age of 55, I decided to relocate from Long Island and pursue my Masters Degree. After dealing with numerous realtors and seeing a lot of less than par rental properties, Julie came through in an unbelievable way. She showed me the most beautiful home that was not even on the market yet because she is that connected. She walked me through my transition and I am so grateful. Today I live in one of THE most beautiful homes in Red Hook because of her. She told me from the beginning, do not worry, I got you. And she did. Thank you Julie for helping me live my dream. Skylar

Yameil Nunez was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend her!…read moreWhen I first contacted her about a listing that she sent to me, she asked if I would like her to represent me as the buyer's agent - no pressure at all! As I had previously sold and bought homes without an agent and I had some knowledge of the area, I was not jumping at the need for a buyer's agent. However, as I was impressed by calm demeanor and the fact that she asked, I agreed to have her represent me. It got better from there! Because of the complexities of the transaction and the recalcitrance of the seller's attorney, the sale took over 3 months. Yameil was there for me every step of the way, conducting research, contacting involved parties and being emotionally supportive at all the stressful moments. Literally, I cannot say enough positive things about how professional and supportive she was throughout the entire process.

Sandra Park is a highly respected Hudson Valley realtor who truly deserves the outstanding reviews…read moreshe has earned. A friend of mine worked with her to sell a property in the Town of Hyde Park, New York during a particularly challenging time of year, around Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, when ice, and winter storms made Hudson Valley showings difficult; however, Ms. Sandra Park remained energetic, determined, and fully engaged throughout the process. Ms. Sandra Park's planning and strategic approach were brilliant. Ms. Sandra Park expertly managed a complex transaction involving surveying, septic concerns, and other technical issues, handling each with a level of initiative and expertise I have previously seen only from attorneys. Her communication with the buyers' attorney was proactive, clear, and effective, keeping the transaction moving smoothly despite its complications. What stood out most was Ms. Park's command of every aspect of the transaction, from elevation reports to regulatory details. Her planning, foresight, and problem-solving were genuinely impressive, and her guidance made the sale of a truly valuable and unique property feel manageable and well-supported from start to finish.
