She couldn't be bothered to offer even one suggestion of a home we could visit with her when the ones that we found on our own in her area turned out to be unavailable. She demonstrated a deep understanding of area property trends, commenting on the length of time properties were on the market, their asking price, and what the owner would be likely to accept as an offer. It quickly became obvious to me that her ability to assess properties was an invaluable asset for my search. In addition to the houses on her list, I asked her to set up a showing of a house that I found myself, as it was being sold directly by the owner, and she did. Sabrina recommended that I put in an offer, stating it was the best of the properties we had seen. Even though I had found the house, and it was not one of the properties she was personally representing, so I technically did not owe her commission, I volunteered to pay her full commission anyway, acknowledging the value of her insights and guidance. Sabrina followed up with guidance on every next step of the purchase process, and was unfailingly prompt, pleasant, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Sabrina to anyone looking to purchase property in the Kingston area!
