Hayes came well recommended to me, but I would have to say I could not recommend this business. He…read moreknows what he is doing to be sure, but he disappoints on any and all follow through. I have had sand and silt in my water since my submerged pump was replaced in Jan 2022, and I have placed 5 follow up calls to Hayes in order to determine what the problem is. Each time I was told this is normal and will eventually settle down. It has NOT "settled down." Three months, a whole house filtration system, and MORE money later, my water is clean enough to drink (no, Mr. Hayes, I will not be drinking dirty water no matter how safe you say it is), but the filters are requiring more than typical maintenance because there is still too much dirt in my water. And this was not a problem for the homeowner before me, so the problem traces back to the new pump. Speaking of the new pump: Be advised that Hayes will NOT remove the old pump parts and pieces. He just leaves them behind because he has to pay to junk them. Not that he told me he would be leaving the old pump out back--I found the pile later. When I called to follow up on this? "Well no, lady, we don't take that off no more." Of course not! Because he will do whatever he needs to, to avoid returning to a worksite. I wish I could get this fixed once and for all. The whole experience was VERY disappointing. CANNOT RECOMMEND
