I've been using Neighbor's Oil since moving to Plaistow in 2017. Prior to using them, I did a good amount of shopping around, but Neighbors rose to the top for a few different reasons. They quote competitive price's for the market, The're quick to deliver & very accommodating to the customer's needs. There customer service is on point, which has to be the best part of this company. I have spoken to the employee's and to the owner on several different occasions & always receive timely, honest responses. After speaking to them a few times, I quickly realized that they truly care about their community & their customers, which is very important and hard to find today. We used Neighbor's Oil this week and they quoted us one price when we called Tuesday so we left them a check for the amount. They delivered Thursday and left us an invoice for the difference because the price went up in the 2 days since we ordered the oil. And when we called they told us to screw off. We will never use them anymore. It is unethical to increase your price after you quote something and deliver it and expect us to just pay the difference. read more
