Ok I have called and emailed and had no response so let's try this…read more... I received a call from your automated service on August 31 saying that my prescription had run out and I should call my doctor... my prescription had two remaining fills. So I called on September 1 and the automated said my prescription would be filled on September 2. Ok I don't really like my prescription being filled at the same time I'm taking my last dose but maybe that's how CVS rolls. When I got there I was told there was no record of my prescription. So September 3 I called your automated system and was told my prescription had been picked up. This is when I called the pharmacy and was told that my prescription had expired, I have two refills and it expires on 10/27/2022. Today I went to CVS and was told that they could only fill my prescription in 90 day increments. Ok I'm thinking 30 days with 2 refills = 90 days why didn't you do that but you didn't. I either had to call my doctor on Tuesday (holiday weekend) or pay full price, which I did because well it's medication. Also adding they told me they didn't fill my prescription because insurance wouldn't pay for it. Does this company make a habit of not assisting people without insurance? So my question is "what the hell? "

Sharon, thank you for always making me smile! Even if I'm in a bad mood or feeling ill and there for medicine, she always makes me smile. It's nice to have employees that seem to genuinely enjoy their job and their customers. Two days ago, I needed a prescription refill before my refill date and the pharmacy was super helpful in getting it done. I was miserable for days before I called and they helped me out with no problems. Knowing I was in pain, they got it done so quickly! Thank you so much for that! Just wanted to give a shoutout to the great service I always receive here. Thank you and please keep it up! You never know who's day you're going to make with a smile and a caring gesture!

That was 4 days ago. I've tried to get my meds for 4 days, no luck. They told me to come back today after3. I showed up at 4:30. Still don't have 2 of my meds. I went off. They said I don't have the right to talk Ike that. Now they want me to wait for them to call tomorrow. This store should be shut down, out of business. This isn't my first time with these problems, but it will be the last. Go to a different Walgreens or a different pharmacy, but not this one.

I have gotten many photo items at this location and I have never been more dissatisfied as I have…read moretoday. On 5/11, I ordered a same-day pickup PHOTO BOOK (this is important for later). It was 7:05 PM when I placed the order. I got an email at 7:35 PM saying that my PHOTO BOOK was ready. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick it up last night, so I we went to pick it up this morning. When I arrived, not only was there NO book, they had just printed out the ten pictures that were supposed to be in the book and told us "we didn't have the kit to make the book". They couldn't have told us this LAST NIGHT when we ordered? We could have tried to transfer it to a different location if we had been informed. This was supposed to be a gift for my great grandma who is in the hospital, so I can't just give her a bunch of loose leaf photos. The cashier waited for me to present payment. I said we weren't notified of that kit being missing yesterday. She just said sorry (without actually being sorry, mind you). So after all of this, we decided to just get the photos alone and try to purchase a photo album somewhere else. We told the cashier that this was disappointing because we weren't called, texted, or emailed about the change and that they would only be printing the 10 pictures. She said "sorry we had no way of contacting you" I said "that's not true. We've received phone calls regarding photo orders before". She just said "oh sorry" once again, without actually being sorry. THEN the cashier "Janette" STILL tried to charge us the FULL amount for the photo book. Not the cost of what it would have been for the 10 pictures. Why she thought we would still have to pay for the book we never received is beyond me. It took a manager to process the order by applying a coupon for the difference. We have received some disappointing pictures from this location before (super grainy, heads cut off, spots on photos, etc) and I'm have never complained. But this transaction was absolutely ridiculous and I am highly disappointed. I will definitely be telling my friends to go to Walgreens or anywhere else for their photo needs.

This Review is on Google and Yelp - Store does not honor online discount codes that are CLEARLY…read morestated as being valid in store The store employee that was behind the counter on the morning of 7/28/2026, refused to honor a "10OFF30" coupon code, that was on the website, and clearly marked as "In Store and online" and, also good for 36 days after downloading, which, I was there 3 days after I downloaded it. I wanted to purchase a $150 bottle of Blanton's Bourbon, and at first, once I showed him the coupon / discount code online, he said "it was a website glitch", to which I advised him, that, the glitch is in the store, and not on the website. I clearly showed him where it said "IN STORE" , and then, he made a phone call and spoke to someone, and after that discussion, he still refused to honor the discount, and, told me he wouldn't sell me the product. I advised him that he lost a customer, and, he also lost whatever markup there was on that sale, and, not a lot of those get sold either, proof being the amount of dust there was on the top of the gift box when he took it down from the behind the counter shelf. My advice is, find another liquor retailer who knows how to honor chain discounts and respect a customer. That code is also still on the top of the webpage ( For New Customers, which I could have been one)
