I said, no it's been years and I'm not in here that often anymore compared to when I was younger." So I say how much is the gold card? He says it's free to sign up But you can upgrade for $40 to get any discounts ! I said no thank you! He then proceeded to try to convince me that my products which I have been using for a few years and I am satisfied with are not any good and I should get more expensive products. First, he said, "are you using this as a pre work out? I said yes! He said you may as well drink a cup Of coffee for that because it's the same. I said I use two scoops and wouldn't you know he said well then why don't you just drink two cups of coffee? He said it's the same. Well I can tell you on my non work out days I do in fact drink coffee! The coffee is nothing compared to the pre work out product. Needless to say I walked out with EXACTLY what I went in for. You have to be careful because those gnc sales people are just like auto mechanics. They try to sale you stuff that you don't need and products that are way more expensive than a less costly product that does the same or is better. You just have to do your research before you go to the store and read the labels to see what you are looking for. I thought it was hilarious the sales person tried to tell me to drink two cups of coffee for the same affect. Plus why would you offer to send me the products on a monthly basis if I signed up.
