I'm relatively new to the area. So I've visited nearly all of the vape shops in the area until I found Vape Jungle! And I'm so happy that I did! The staff are all kind, knowledgeable and SO friendly. It's just such a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is interested in providing customers with the best experiences. There's no pressure to buy products you're not interested in. I often visit the four locations of Vape Jungle, While at the Lexington Park location the other day I felt the need to explore a salt-nic delivery systems. If I could id give this place a half star. My brother bought a mod here for 90.00. It stopped working the next day. When he tried to return it and tell them what happened, he was told to contact the distributor. When he did he recived an email back saying to return to said store to get a refund and or a mod worth the same amount. Not only did we try what the man said he even got my brother to buy new batteries. Again, a waste of money. They wouldnt even look at the email to verify what my brother told them. We were shooed away and basically told to screw off. This place was a ripoff. They were rude and spoke negatively about us, to their customers like we werent even there. NEVER will we spend money here. EVER again. read more

The Jungle is my "Go to" for my vape products. The location is good for me but I never go after sunset. The store is always clean and I'm always greeted with friendly employees ready to help me with my vape needs. They still have a large selection of devices and flavors.. Out of all vape shops I've ever been too this is the very best hands down. I've been to well over a dozen in various states such as Virginia, North Carolina, and the few here in southern Maryland. The pricing and selection of products and juices here is great, but what really sets this shop apart from the rest is the staff. Chris, Seth, James, Josh, Gabby, and Dean are the regular staff here and they are all friendly and incredibly knowledgable in all matters pertaining to vaping. Numerous occasions they have helped me out with tanks, RDA's and have even taught me to how to build coils. The atmosphere they establish is very chill, and they inspire a stress free and fun environment where anyone can come in and expect that their various vaping needs will be satisfied and can expect to have a good time during the duration of their visit. I honestly can't praise this shop and its staff enough, I come in here at least 4-5 times a week and they always help me out and set me up with quality service.
