You check what kind of meat, bread, sauce, sides, fries or extra sauce you want. I ordered the classic burger with bacon, caramelized onions and their truffle sauce with a side of skinny fries. Absolutely delicious!! This burger reminded me of Super Duper burger in San Francisco and that's saying something because I hold that place in high regard! The meat was cooked to medium rare perfection and tasty - meaning it was seasoned well. The caramelized onions added the right amount of sweetness and the bacon was bacon, lol. I can't get over the truffle sauce and how well it paired with the burger as a whole. I feel like the sauce helped to elevate the burger into amazingness. The fries were hot and crispy when they came out and not over salted. And it doesn't hurt that most of it is organic! I wish I had more space to order one of their desserts but I didn't, womp womp.
