The best service I've ever received. Top notch company and the greatest technician in this field. Can't be beat.

I came here for the vegan pierogi btw and had no idea that it was in a very queer area with queer…read morevibes which was such a nice surprise! I would also like to say that I am very impressed by how vegan forward Cleveland is. Idk why I wasn't expecting it. I doni't even feel like I experience this shit in NY but maybe I am not going to the right places. Anyways, we sat at the bar and went to work ordering our beverages. It was early enough that I could benefit from more caffeine so I was pleased to see a coffee-esque cocktail with vodka. GF ordered the sangria. I embarrassed myself a lil by assuming the three pierogi could be mix and match which they cannot. We wanted the classic potato and cheese but also wanted to try one of the vegan ones so went with the sweet potato and black bean. I was further thrown for a loop when I was asked what sauces I want. Oh my god there are sauces to choose from?!? Did I even read the menu? The bartender threw out some options I couldn't argue with: sriracha something creamy maybe sour cream or mayo? and French onion which was intriguing. Both were SO good. The pierogi were also spectacular. They were HUGE and the filling was to die. Diamond in the rough.

Another Pierogi week stop. We walked in and just hung out with another couple waiting to be sat. We…read morestill hadn't gotten help by any staff in the front room. The couple were talking with told us to try the help yourself area in a covered outside picnic tables. We did find an area to sit. One of the waiters wiped down the table and greeted us. The kitchen was super busy, so we were waiting a bit for our food. The makeshift gluten free Ham and Cheese was solid. The marinara sauce that came on the side was an excellent touch. I would have preferred it warm with the Ham and Cheese which was warm. It was nice to have a place to sit, but I will say that outside was having a tough time competing with the heater. It would hot, I'd take my coat off and then it got chilly. Pierogi week really makes the menu small. I would love to return and experience the whole menu and sit inside in a more stable climate. Mild issue, I was trying to connect to the wi-fi and the option on the flyer on the table wasn't available. Good not great experience here. What staff we interacted with was very helpful and nice. Appetizers and food were good. Not that I'd wish smaller crowds on a business but I feel if we could get an inside seat, we'd have a better than good experience.

What a diamond in the rough…read more Unassuming on the outside and the inside. Tons of beers. Service is very good. The real reason for the excitement is bc this place has a crazy DIY, mix and match, build your own dog and tot/fries menu. We had basically just come from another restaurant (I say basically to soften the blow but we did, in fact, leave a restaurant before embarking on the walk to come to this place. If we weren't kinda full from that, we could have provided a more legitimate showing. GF was grossed out by the thought of other food but I was not going to succumb to the satiety Gods. I perused the menu thoroughly. I wanted something that kind of resembled a Polish boy so I went with classic slaw and bbq sauce. I added pickle relish and pimento mac and cheese for good measure. Love the vegan options (two dogs, vegan chili, there was a vegan cheese if memory serves. Some of the other options and I kid you not were spaghetti o's and peanut butter. There was literally an entire page worth. I was really planning on only having a taste but you know I ate basically the entire thing. It was spectacular. I have no other words. Worth a stop, without a doubt.

It has hot dogs. It has burgers. It has sides. All the sides! You can get something crazy and live a little. You can lay it back and build your own. This is the definition of a choose your own adventure - Hot Dog Edition. It is definitely bar, and the low light, red vibe they have going on is great. There won't be normal servers running up to you to serve your every need, but the people behind the bar are super chill, so if you need anything please ask them. AND GET AS MANY SAUCES AS YOU CAN HANDLE. Try them all. Get a plate of fries or tots and have a dipping party. They are all so good and elevate the whole experience.

Drinks are moderately priced, there is plenty of street parking, and the decor rocks. There are limited bathroom stalls but the restrooms were VERY clean. There was toilet paper and soap all night long, I don't think I've ever been to a cleaner rock venue. So happy about that! Cons:The stage is at a bit on an angle, so my friend on her wheelchair had trouble seeing even from the front row, but we were very happy the venue was wheelchair friendly.

It…read moreis an absolutely awesome venue, with great bartenders and cheap beer, and is a staple in the metal and punk communities. The reason that I am writing this is SOLELY because of a serious sanitation issue at the Oceano show that was not properly addressed. Some guy broke his nose in the mosh pit, which obviously can happen and is just part of the risk of going to metal shows, but he chose to be an idiot about it and bled all over every inch of the bathroom instead of using his shirt to stop it. All over the hallway, the bathroom floor, the toilet, the sinks, and the countertops. Every surface was completely coverd in pools of blood. To make matters worse, someone plugged up the toilet and people continuted to use it, resulting in a river of urine throughout the entire bathroom. This mixed with the blood, and created an extreme safety concern. One of the Grog Shop staff went in the barhroom and noticed this, but instead of cleaning it up, he just put an "Out of Order" sticker on the stall. The blood and urine was never cleaned up. Don't get me wrong, I get that most music clubs are all pretty run-down and filthy and it's to be expected, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Everyone knows that there are health department standards about bodily fluid clean-up, and the serious health risks that these fluids pose to patrons. I literally had to throw my shoes away when I got home and wash my feet, because the waste on the floor was so deep that it reached the canvas parts of my shoes. This is absolutely disgusting. Please do better in the future.
