The location is ideal, the space is incredibly clean, the washers accept coin as well as card, and most importantly the staff is friendly and helpful. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely helpful and friendly. It made my time go by quickly on an otherwise very stressful day. My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.

Dropped off an item and was told would be ready 9/2 at 5pm. I arrive at 5:30 on 9/2 and the item not only isn't ready but it's at their Wethersfield location. (No call/text/email to alert of this delay ahead of time, and no apology for it, which was the first perplexing moment) I'm told I can come back tomorrow morning or drive to Wethersfield. I tell them neither are an option as I am mid packing and literally moving across the country at 8AM the following morning. I had to ask (rather than being offered, considering the inconvenience) if they could just deliver it since they do provide delivery services. The staff person reluctantly called her father back and then it was decided they would drop it off at my home that night and I provided my address. The night came and went, no call and no show. On 9/3, I call first thing in the morning and no answer. I then call the Wethersfield location and the person on the phone told me they did get the notice to do this yesterday, but that "it was getting too dark outside by the time it got to 7-7:30pm" and that was why they didn't come. No call to let me know either. He tells me it's going to be delivered this morning and they were leaving in about 20 minutes and I would get it in about 40 minutes. I remind him that my movers are literally arriving in 45 minutes and it's cutting it close as I still need to pack the item- as you might have guessed, this info had no effect on the person and he said the arrival time remained the same. The bottom line worst part about this was at ZERO point in time did I receive any kind of apology or meaningful attempt to make things right. I arrived at the exact date and time you provided on my receipt slip, if you don't have it ready, have the decency to call ahead, and at the VERY least when this is happening, you should acknowledge your screw up and do what you can to make things right. The girl working at the store literally said to me "I'm just a girl who works here who goes to school" and pointed at her college sweatshirt. Pretty sure being the owners daughter and a college student shouldn't exempt you from doing your JOB properly. The abhorrent lack of customer service and the "no call no show" when it was promised to come that night, and THEN offering zero apology and acting like they were doing me a favor with the morning delivery was beyond the most bizarre and ridiculously poor behavior I've ever seen from a small or large business. They then dropped it off without even ringing the doorbell. To add insult to injury the comforter came with a large rip in it. I will obviously never return, but maybe they don't need the business if they don't feel the need to apologize or own their mistakes, and are fine with not following through with promises - don't come here if you need something done in the time they say it takes to be done!

A gentleman stated when given the ticket to pick up item that the price was wrong, that the price given by the owner was a dollar less because he was the one who cleaned it and that the price was wrong. Also stated my fleece was a coat and wasnt a fleece. So, when entering the facility there are no price boards letting you know price for services. They charge as they want, also i gave a $20 was charged for a coat price and not as what the owner charged on ticket. Very unhappy customer, and won't be a customer again. The space is spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful, machines are new and effective, immaculate restroom for customers, vending machines, and, of course, a tv with selective programs. Great vibe with positive sayings painted on the walls. Only negative is somewhat cramped parking next to the store because handicap slots take up the most convenient spaces. But no problem finding parking since there are plenty of businesses in the same shopping center. They also do wash and fold.
