Walk in threading hiding above the Oke Meijer. Did you know this Meijer has a barber shop?? Yup upstairs with the bathrooms. I have been threaded by Neeru and Kharis and both ladies are excellent with the threads. Walk in sometimes there is a line but it's moves quick! Because these ladies can thread like no other! Super fast and the price is amazing! I think I paid $22 for lip, chin and brows. Worth the drive and you can get your groceries too. I wish I lived in the area I would go here all the time! Apparently being open until 5 no longer means open until 5. Online hours say 5 pm, door says 5pm. Get there 4:45 to get eyebrows threaded and they say they are closed. So don't go by the hours they give I guess. Very dissapointing. read more

Went to Neeru's over the past weekend to get my eyebrows for a quick clean-up, no shaping. The last time I got my eyebrows threaded, it hurt so badly I didn't know if I wanted to get them threaded anymore but it really wasn't bad! She must know what she's doing! I didn't even need to apply lotion because my skin wasn't too bothered by it. The place can be difficult to find without someone telling you it's on the upstairs part of Meijer in the barber shop. It's such a great deal compared to the other places around the area! I told all my friends about it too. Only $6 for students!! There are also deals for those who live in DTN management owned homes. My first visit with Neeru. She is a very sweet lady, but I was not satisfied with her work. My eyebrows are completely uneven now and they look nothing like my natural eyebrow shape. I've had my eyebrows threaded at least a dozen times at various locations and never had an issue. My right brow is noticeably thinner than the left one now. The lines are not clean or straight and there's holes in the right brow that I did not have before. I'm so disappointed. I want to support small business and like the convenience of the location, the affordability, but I can not recommend nor will I be returning in the future. read more

I just asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and not thinner and they come out looking great. She does upper lip, forehead and facial threading too which I have gotten before but I don't often because I have sensitive skin, but those always look good and make me feel fresh and confident.
