Peterson Plumbing came out, cleaned the area, made repairs, and assured him the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, just 28 days later, when we experienced another heavy rainfall, the same issue occurred. Although the original repair did not appear to resolve the problem, he was charged an additional bill for the return visit. This was also not the first disappointing experience with the company. In the past, we hired Peterson plumbing to install a water heater. When the plumber arrived, he informed us that the paneling needed to be removed before he could complete the installation. We offered to remove it ourselves, which took approximately 20 minutes. However, the plumber left rather than waiting for us to finish, and we were still charged for a full hour despite no installation work being completed during that visit. Based on experience, we have been disappointed with both the service and the billing practices. We understand that plumbing services come at a cost, but we expect clear communication, fair billing practices, and repairs that adequately address the original issue. Unfortunately, we would not recommend Peterson Plumbing based on my experience.
