They may be great for events, but their drivers do not communicate with the head office properly. One of the drivers contacted me (always calling at around 6:30 AM) a week before the pick up deadline (when they would start charging more) to see if it needed to be cleaned. I told him not to bother as it was barely used, but to make sure he comes and picks it up anytime before July 5th, as I didn't want to be charged any more. He said he would make a note of it and make sure he picked it up beforehand. Fast forward to July 3rd, and the driver leaves a message asking if he can "get at the unit for service." I called back and said that he can come and pick up the unit (not service it), but he said he was busy the rest of the day. I told him to make sure he picks it up as I don't want to be charged. So now I have a couple vehicles moved out of the way and into my back yard for about a week waiting on them to pick up the unit. Since by then it was past 28 days (driver fault, not mine) I get a couple additional charges. A few phone calls back and forth didn't solve anything. They blame me for not calling the office instead of talking to the driver who stated, "This is ____ from Pit-Stop Portables," and "I will make a note of it and make sure to pick up the unit before July 5th." They make it sound as if I am supposed to know that if a driver identifies themselves as the company and that they are taking care of it, that it doesn't mean the office has any idea about it. I am blamed for not also calling the office to tell them that the unit needs to be picked up. Now if the driver didn't say he was taking care of it, I surely would have called the office. They need to have better communication at this company bottom line. END OF STORY.

Dennis, who was working the pro shop, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were outfitted well. It was a breeze to check in and do the rentals. We thought the pricing for the course and rentals was extremely fair! We were also so happy to have some nice and mild weather compared to our summers in Texas. It was a stunning course. We will be back again in the future!

On the 9th hole you are able to call ahead to have your food prepared when you finished the hole. I ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich and it was pretty good. However, I would probably try the club sandwich next time. Overall the course has a unique layout, some challenging holes, and is a great course for the value (around $70 during prime time). The barn will have great space and the outside deck was had a good area also. - Despite being in the seemingly middle of nowhere the GPS was incredibly good at finding this place. - Golf carts were available for elderly and persons with disabilities. Cons: - Definitely more geared towards outdoor weddings. Rain, cold, or bugs could be significant issues if luck isn't on your side. - Restrooms aren't directly connected to the reception barn. This is a nit pick. - Might want to consider hiring an audio guy for sound purposes for your ceremony. If the wind if ripping, you won't hear a thing. - Might be a bit of a walk for some, but the golf cart service may negate that.
