Rented a Harley rake for a day to move/break up top soil and the equipment broke within a couple…read morehours so I had to take it back, they claimed it was my fault and that they could only give a partial refund, I only had the machine from 7:10 and I talked to the employee at 10:38 and she said to bring it back so I loaded it up at 10:45 after we got off the phone and drove it back 35 min , ( not even 4 hours) (there half day ) must include my drive time back as rental time even tho the machine was broke at the time I talked with her ,so they wouldn't give me a full refund so I wasn't even. able to get half my project done and they wouldn't even give me a full refund, not happy with them, won't rent there again

Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. They even sent us a thank you card after our event. Top notch service and thank you for coming to our wedding rescue!!

I was planning everything from 1,500 miles away, so I really had to trust my gut on most of my vendor choices and I was absolutely right in choosing Elite!! Our Dj, Adam, was fantastic! He was so kind as to meet with me on a Sunday afternoon to go over song choice and discuss our "vibe" for the night. Also, they last minute did our ceremony as well, which we received many compliments on. Adam was professional throughout the night and I could tell his biggest concern was whether or not the groom and I were having fun, and we had an absolute blast! They were super flexible when we ended up having to change our ceremony location 2 days before the event, and Dan made it a stress-free switch which was very appreciated. He also did a great job of getting the wedding party hyped for the grand entrance and really excited the crowd as MC - it was so much fun! The up-lighting that came with our package really transformed our space as well and made a great party atmosphere. We had many different ages and genres for our music, and even so we had people on the dance floor all night. A special moment for us was when Dan handed my husband a microphone and then he serenaded me with "Lucky" by Britney Spears. All of this and our pre-wedding meeting with Dan really helped us figure out a timeline, flow, and feel for the wedding and made it streamlined the day of (or if there were hitches I didn't hear about them!). I'm so glad we went with Elite Music!
