The company and Jason claims in his response its able to work things out, well Jason there is no wedding planned as the couple has broken up and split, you have used very poor business practices and its sad you need their money that bad to do nothing to earn it.... I can't thank and praise these guys enough. And in response to the bad review regarding deposits- always read the fine print! lol While making all commitments with vendors for my wedding I was always fully aware of what I was agreeing to with every vendor. He sings (Piano Man is a must!) and dances like no other...and when I say sing, I mean his voice is truly phenomenal! Tim took the extra time to get to know us and our music preferences prior to our big day. He also made great suggestions about how to structure our reception timeline based on his previous experiences and the setup of our venue, which was very helpful. Our dance floor was full the entire night and our guests could not stop raving about him. My husband and I highly recommend Tim from Dorsey Entertainment for anyone in the greater Fox Valley Area looking for a fantastic entertainer!

He did an OUTSTANDING job with the photos... and his calm, relaxed attitude throughout the entire process really helped make me feel at ease. His pricing was very competitive, and he worked with me to stay longer during the wedding in exchange for not having the engagement session (which we didn't want due the fact that we were coming from out of town for the wedding). After the event, he was very helpful with a few touchups and photoshop requests that we had. Great communication via both email and phone. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bill and his work. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

I went to another event at a different venue where I was not allowed to have my water either and later after that passed out due to dehydration and blood pressure issues. I do explain this that I'm a disabled veteran and sometimes need things that help. Buying a four dollar water makes me feel that I cannot drink it and I still can become dehydrated )not having water bring on anxiety after being deployed.) I was told I cannot bring it in and had to take it back to the cars as well. Then I walked through and the person in front of me gets to bring a backpack in because it's considered the diaper bag. I was told to put my water in a medical bag and they would mark it as such. I find it interesting in the military, i was allowed a m16 loaded with me at all times, including briefing daily out 3 star general, sectary of defense for the country, and the president, but i can't bring a water bottle to battle through the injuries i endured protecting the country.
