After getting price quotes in the Fond du Lac area for tent, table, and chair rentals in the…read more$1500-$2000 range, I decided to branch out and get price quotes from other companies in the state just to see if the quotes I was given were fair prices. I called Elite Tent Rentals after seeing their prices on the website were almost HALF of what companies around here were, thinking it was too good to be true. Turns out, it wasn't! Their rental and delivery prices were way lower! For example, a local company quoted me $1600 for a 40X80 tent, and Elite was almost HALF of that! Side rental for the tents was $10 a FOOT with a local company, Elite quoted me that price just for each side! Their prices were even less expensive for chairs and tables, the local company was more expensive even if we did the pick up and drop off ourselves. He even has agreed to bring the rentals earlier in the week for no extra fee, whereas the other company charged for early delivery. Having a few extra days to set up and prepare is such a relief! Matt at Elite Tent Rentals has always returned my e-mails immediately, and answered all of my silly wedding related questions. He is friendly and gives the best customer service I could imagine getting. For a do-it-yourself bride on a budget and always searching for the best deal, he made it easy for me and my fiance to not worry about the details. Bottom line, even after tax and delivery, I have saved over 40% by choosing Elite over our two local rental companies. Do yourself a favor and call!

The liner was damaged and they didn't tell me until the day before setup. They offered a skylight panel, but when they put it up, it was the wrong size. I ordered side curtains with windows and they left without setting them all up. Every table was damaged and half the chairs were so filthy they wouldn't come clean. The needed to refund me for the liner and they offered a 50% refund on the chairs. It took five weeks to get the refund check and, when I finally did, it bounced.

Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. In researching caterers, we were impressed with Biebel's for their amazing customer service and the range of meal and rental options they had available. Once we did a tasting of their Spanferkel pig roast and a few of the sides, we knew this was the cater for us! Katie and her team worked tirelessly throughout the stressful ins-and-outs of planning. We were so grateful for their patience, ideas, and flexibility with menu planning! Day of, we had Kelly and Barb, who were so helpful, efficient, and positive! They made sure we got to do a ceremonial "first cut" of the pig (which was so fun) prior to the dinner being served. We had tons of sides to go with the pig and our guests enjoyed the brownies and bars as part of the dessert options!
