The dental assistants have changed and not for the better. 1 wants to lecture me on my teeth, brushing habits and the other can't pronounce my name and blames it on her ethnicity, huh? The dentist comes in for a minute and doesn't seem friendly or concerned that I was even there. Those are valid reasons to move on then to continue to patronize this place. I wanted a crown replaced that lingered for months with my old dentist's office due to a variety of inefficiencies. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I knew to arrive early to complete new patient paperwork. Staff was pleasant and courteous. I was seen promptly and on time. The dental chair side assistant was efficient, and made sure Dr Babajoni had all the X-rays I'd emailed prior to my visit for his review. Incidentally, the exam room was clean, brightly lit, well equipped. He wanted new x-rays for comparison, at no charge to me. He was able to determine what was medically necessary and what needed to be done. He was efficient and thorough in his explanation. Dr had time in his schedule and was able to get started if I wanted to move forward. I'd waited long enough, and went ahead and started the crown replacement. The insurance had been verified and I knew what I was financially responsible for that day. It took about an hour to do what was necessary and I was able to leave with a temporary crown that looks like a real tooth. The permanent one SB ready in 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Dr Babajoni! It is a busy practice, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and kept things moving efficiently without wasting anyone's time. I have a new dentist and a new practice. Highly recommend!
