Went to the exam I was told I would need a root canal which is fine I expected it. I schedule it three weeks out because I have other priorities . So I go to my appointment, I let the assistant know like hey I'm scared of needle can u let the doctor know. She says yes, comes back with the stick that has the numbing stuff on it. The doctor comes in , doesn't introduce himself or anything . I ask is that the needle and he says yes and instantly starts to poke me. I was in tears because not only was I not heard but I wasn't comfortable. Later on the numbing goes away and I can't even close my mouth to chew. I couldn't even chew on my left side because of the filing they put in it. I had to get it shaved down two days later, not the next day because no dentists was in ,A week day at that. Later on that day , I seen someone else on google reviews went through the same experience I did.

After receiving his cleaning, we received a bill for over $400. I called and spoke with Jennifer (after multiple attempts to get in touch with anyone) and she said she didn't know who would say they were in network with our insurance, because they only work with 1 insurance company. She told me that she would re-bill our insurance to see if there would be any coverage. After insurance was billed again, I received a statement (over a year after the appointment) saying that we owed $193 and that the remaining portion of $224 was covered. This was in May of 2024. I paid the $193 immediately and thought I was done with it. I received a bill one week before Christmas saying that I now owed the remaining $224. I called the office immediately and Jennifer said not to worry about it and to enjoy my holiday, she would look into it. January rolled around and I never heard back, but I received a letter from a collection agency saying that that we owed $298. I called to speak to Jennifer and left multiple messages. Finally I asked to speak to someone higher up and spoke directly with the Dr. he informed me that this would be cleared up and we would look into it and get it figured out. Less than a day later and called me back and said that I had to pay collections and that the company was charging me a fee. I spoke with a collections agent and they told me that the dental office adds their own fee of 33% to all of their invoices that they send over, just for their pocket. She also told me that my invoice was sent their in October. I did not even receive and invoice until December and called immediately. I have never had a bill sent to collections. Ever. Completely shady business practice to ignore a customer and send an invoice to collections when being told the account was paid. Keep a close eye on your account, you will be sent random bills years after your appointments

They secured the earliest appointment available and even scheduled it for me before I left, since I'll need a referral to an oral surgeon. I will be sending my husband/family in for a cleaning now.

When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. They explained the entire procedure so I knew what to expect. So glad they did as I would have been concerned if they hadn't. Lupe made me feel so comfortable. My dentist told me it should cost about $1,600 for everything after I insurance. Once at this center while in extreme pain from my tooth this place told me it would be more like closer to $3k!!! I said OMG thats double was what my dentist told me but I said fine with a down payment of $1885! So they do the surgery that took all of 20 mins and sent me on my way in even more pain but with a bunch of meds that helped a lot but I'm still in pain today and this was over 6 months ago. So about a couples weeks after the surgery I get a notice of a bill for almost 2K!!!! And I said oh now this has to be wrong and was told no its correct my total bill was just under 4k! I said no I was told it would be under 3k total for everything and that was before what the insurance took out and they responded and called me a liar and stated they told me the ESTIMATED cost would be $3771.41!!! So you telling me you told me before you even looked at my tooth that the total would be $3771.41 thats really amazing that you had that number down to the cents! Wow! This is false!!! And not they are holding my tooth hostage so I can't get my crown and also I'm still in pain and they won't do anything to help until I pay the balance! GO SOME WHERE ELSE GUYS PLEASE AND GET YOU ESTIMATE IN WRITING!!!
