The two women that finally came out had to take my insurance information a THIRD time. I explained I submitted it once online, the second time over the email and now the third time in their office. I still had to wait additional time to be taken in back to see the dentist. When I tried to explain to the dentist what the problem was a young Latino woman came in and interrupted our conversation by TALKING OVER ME! I had to finally request that she STOP TALKING!!! I think the front reception staff are completely unprofessional and rude, the office appears to be untidy, cramped and unsanitary, and I would NEVER refer this place to anyone!

Saturday, January 18, 2025 11:30 AM Scheduled Appointment…read more MY REVIEW I left out of the dentist office around 1:50 PM today. I am still sitting here in the parking lot. He's an AMAZING dentist . This dentist has the PATIENCE OF A SAINT, especially having to deal with me and my anxieties. He did something that NO OTHER DENTIST has ever done for me. He took his time. He didn't try to rush the process. He talked me through. First he numbed my gums with topical anesthetic. Shortly thereafter he followed up with a needle injection with local anesthetic. Whenever and wherever I told him that I could feel the pinch or hit a nerve, he IMMEDIATELY provided me with additional local anesthetic. It got to a point where I NO LONGER COULD FEEL A THING. I settled in my seat and let him work. At 61 years old, this is the first real dentist visit that made me feel that he listened to me, he heard me, and he obliged me. He focused on my comfort. I was crying with all of the needle injections, but then the meaning of my tears changed from pain to joy as I realized that I was finally going to get through the dental service that I needed and I now have a dentist that I am going to stick with forever. I still can't feel the right side of my face, but the anesthetic is slowly but surely wearing off. I was given a couple of prescriptions for the pain, but I am going to go ahead and try to sleep through the pain without any medicine. I have a short visit with the dentist on Thursday and then I have another Saturday appointment for him to work on the left side of my mouth. The dentist mentioned those slightly loose teeth at the bottom front of my mouth. They were loose enough that if he removed 100% of the plaque between the teeth, he said that he was afraid that they would fall out. Thus, during my next procedure in February, he's going to create a type of splint to keep those slightly loose teeth stabilized while my gums begin to heal and get stronger. Ultimately, if everything goes as planned, I will KEEP ALL 32 OF MY TEETH. Heading to Smoothie King and then home. I don't think that I will be able to eat nothing but soft foods for a few days. This is a fairly expensive journey, but it's one that can yield an abundance of dividends. I'm finally going to have both my of daughter's smiles. This practice has really changed over the years…read more Appointments take forever and are never on time. Office staff is constantly changing and not really knowledgeable. To think about it I though that was wayyy too fast to fill them and make sure it was correct. Discussed my pain from my toothache said that it was just a cleaning I needed. After numbing wore off was still in pain. I paid what they said I would have to pay in person. Got a call saying I needed to pay 100+ more dollars due to insurance adjustments. Okay cool the said Dentist in house said my card was on file and charged my debit. I was told from him that I didn't need to pay any more. Then after I set another emergency apt to get a appointment in for still having pain I get another call the next day saying from Daisy that I needed to pay more from adjustments. I told Daisy to take out my card on file because I'm going to another file. She responds back I don't have a card on file for you I don't know how he authorized the payment before. What? Where is my card file stored and how was it processed before? Who has access to my card? And to remember I used the card in tap method and never saved my card to them. How did they actually get my card on file? This is 3 times I paid them for my 10+ cavities I had. Pay attention to the other reviews they are terrible and just want your money. On top of that the staff was speaking in another language while serving me I didn't know what was going on. Or if they was being truthful in the amount of "cavities " I had. If I could give a 0 I would !

He insisted that I needed a root canal on that tooth. Even though he poked around my mouth and I haven't been having any pain he refused to replace my cap. I was there several years ago, at that time he told me I needed to get a root canal on that same tooth or to have the tooth pulled. I made an appointment to get the tooth pulled. At that time the female Dentist asked me why I was having it pulled. I explained to her Dentist told me I had no choice. She told me she could save it and she did. It's been at least six years and I've had no pain. The only problem I have with it at this point is that the crown came loose. But he wasn't happy that the other dentist was able to save my tooth. He wants me to have the root canal at any cost . He also refused to fill the cavity that was next to it until I had this root canal completed, and he saidwould refer a surgeon to me. I expressed to him that I didn't have the money at this time. I asked him again politely to just glue in the crown so I can but a little time until I could save the money for a root canal and which he told me we'd be around $1500 or to have the tooth pulled but that would cost about $3500 because then I would have to have a bridge made fill in the gap of the missing tooth. Again, I explained to him that I live on disability, and I didn't have the money for this at the time and I would have to save up for it unless the surgeon would take payments. Again, he refused cement in the cap or fill the cavity. Then he refused to give me the referral for the surgeon because I didn't have the money he then told me since you can't afford it anyway he would not give me a referral for the surgeons. He cared very little about the health of my teeth. His only concern was this root canal. I'm betting he gets a kickback for all of his referrals otherwise he might have been more accommodating. He's a cranky old man who cares little about his patients and more about the money. He's knows my insurance won't cover it and was unwilling to help me buy a little time to save money for a procedure that I honestly don't believe I need done immediately or at all, There is no pain coming from the tooth or any other immediate need to have the procedure done. All I needed was a Little time to save for the procedure and he absolutely refused to help he wants me to have future damage to the toothache and be in pain just to prove his point!!!I won't ever go back to him or recommend any else to go to him.
