The contract required me to pay 50% of the total. No work has been done. I have called and txt just to be sent to voicemail and or have no response. I did get a response the prior week after I called back to back he answered the phone as if I was bothering him and told me it would be done the next day. That was Tuesday it's Saturday. I called and txt today just to be sent back to voicemail. From May 25, to July 28 no work has been done and no transparency or communication on this in which leads me no other reason but to consider him a scammer.

He came out on August 29th to finish the job so I sent $500 (an additional $50 to cut my grass) he did a horrible Job on my grass and didn't cut the front lawn stating he didn't have all his equipment . He finished half my deck stating he ran out of supplies and would be back out the next day to complete work. It's been a week and he is ignoring me calls and texts and states he will be out soon. A Richmond representative was at my house the day after the hurricane to give an estimate, and the next day a work crew and large crane showed up to remove the fallen tree and associated debris.
