I know how hard it is to get the sand out of carpet, and my seats have dealt with quite a few spills over the past few years that I couldn't figure out how to clean all the way. Much to my surprise, ever since inch of my car was literally shining by the end of the day. I could tell the guy working that day took extra care, even though his other two coworkers had called out that morning. The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! Plus, it was walking distance from the rest of the businesses in the Waterford Lakes Plaza and across the street from home. If I ever need a thorough wash, they'll be seeing me again.

I opted for the $65 ultimate wash (+$5 for it being a crossover or "suv"), and I'm sad to say it was very disappointing. On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean. I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice. UPDATE: lowering to 2 stars, because it's been almost a week and I attempted to contact them to get the spots actually cleaned (email and phone). No response.

Justin would not try to resolve the issues, I spent close to 3k on two vehicles with SYSTEM X, the interior and exterior was a great issue WITH ONE VEHICLE. Instead of trying to work with us, or even physically reviewing the issues with one of the cars, Justin was just defensive, and would not cooperate or help us. That kind of energy really sets the tone! We went with the Gold package for our Chevy Silverado, which -- I'll be honest -- hadn't seen a car wash in probably a year. Embarrassing, I know! But Mr. Clean Car Wash absolutely delivered. The truck came out looking great, and we found the price really decent for the value and everything we got. After the wash, we took advantage of the self-service vacuum and interior cleaning area, and I was genuinely impressed by how well organized everything was. They had clean towels in one bucket, dirty towels in another, vacuums on each side, glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner -- everything you could need was right there and easy to find. It was a Saturday morning and the place was busy, but it never felt crowded or overwhelming. They also offer memberships, which we didn't take advantage of this time. Highly recommend giving Mr. Clean Car Wash a try.

This will be long:…read more PSA to those who use THE WASH in Winter Springs, FL please proceed with caution. On 12/20 I brought my vehicle there for a full detail interior and exterior as a Christmas gift they had it all afternoon into the early evening. When I went to get it they had misplaced the clips for the floor mats and Ron insisted he would get new ones I told him not to worry about it. Immediately after leaving there I noticed an airbag error on my dash for the passenger seat. It wouldn't shut off even after I had driven somewhere so I called Ron and let him know. He was perplexed said it most likely was something got hit on the wires of the seat and he would look into it and call me right back (he never did). The next day I brought my car to the dealership because I did not want to drive around with an air bag error with a baby in the car and they confirmed that the control module was fried in the passenger seat due to the bottom of the seat being saturated with water. $416, and two days later at the dealership it was replaced and the seat was dried out. I kept calling all day and was not able to leave a message or get in touch with Ron. When he finally called me back he assured me he would make things right and asked if I could send him the reciept and if I had Zelle he would send it right over to me. I did both, and I still have not gotten reimbursed now 2 weeks later. My mom stopped by THE WASH and he assured her he would be taking care of me and played it off like he was confused then said he had a flip phone and would have to go to the bank at the end of the day to get the cash to give to me and that he would call me back. That didn't happen either. I ended up stopping by myself a few days later and he "wasn't there" but his mother and brother were who played as though they had no knowledge of the situation. The mother was very adamant that they would not be paying for the damage done to my vehicle and that there is no way to prove they did it, despite her son (the one who did the detail on my car already accepting responsibility and telling me he would pay for it.) I have been going to and sending others to this car wash for over 10 years, supporting them and telling others to support them being a small business and two young kids (when they started) doing a heck of a job. Sad to say this will be my last time and that I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and deceitful outcome of this situation.
