If you want to cancel they will take your money even if you cancel before the bill is due. I was told by an customer service employee named Alison that I would get a refund for canceling my service then they did not sent the refund and I called, someone else said I would not get a refund. To be able to get cover by the insurance you have to pay the veterinarian bill untill you reach an amount. This misleads and it is super unprofessional. Staff says different things and noone takes accountability of their lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge about the company.

They cut her nails, cut the hair on her paws and get the brown stains off her face. They are able to style her face and make her look beautiful despite the stains. This past time they damaged my dog's eyes. When we left he couldn't open his eye. I had to take him to the vet immediately. The vet records show it's a chemical burn on his cornea from shampoo. Plus he has always had a skin tag on his lower eyelid that the groomer should've been careful with. Now he's on antibiotics for his eye and pain meds and in a lot of pain wearing a cone and i can only hope he heals. I reached out and haven't heard back from Boss. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I'm angry, my baby is hurt, my vet bills should be reimbursed by Boss and if his eyes don't heal i don't know what i will do. To not even hear back after reaching out 12 hours ago at 8am is unacceptable.
