The girl on the phone was pleasant and as accommodating as she could be, considering the busy end of year rush. I was offered something to drink and opted for coffee. My nail tech, Karina, was outgoing and friendly, she also did an amazing job on my nails During one of our conversations, she mentioned she had worked there for over 4 years & loved it - it showed! There is something special to be said about the owner and management of this salon, when employees are happy it's because they are respected and well treated! It was adequate enough. The massage wasn't really a massage and he pretty much just slapped some lotion on my hands and the cuticle oil on my feet. I waited a little while, maybe 15 minutes but I was also a walk-in. The employees were friendly enough, however, my experience was that I wasn't too comfortable and my tech didn't speak much English for me to communicate smoothly about what I wanted. The parking was definitely a challenge since there wasn't enough and there was a jam.
