My experience was absolutely horrible. There is polish all over my cuticles and for some nails the polish is not even covering the entire nail. I told the tech before she was done painting my nails that the polish was a little messy and she said she would fix it and told me not to worry so I let her finish. After she finished I had many complaints and she told me I was looking for problems. I then asked if she could take everything off and she told me the removal of the messy polish she applied would be an extra 10$ charge and my total would be 30$ Even though I would be leaving with no polish which made no sense to me. All and all, she was unwilling to redo my nails and she starting yelling because of her frustration with me not liking the service. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I didn't think that spending hours in a salon was worth it I had to a meni pedi it was not worth $100 it was terrible it was only the owner that was there was a lot of people trying to get there nails done but moral the story please don't get your nails done from there it's just bad service. read more

Very disappointed, especially because there are a few good reviews on Instagram. I went in for a basic pedicure, something simple that no one can mess up... right? Wrong. The toenails were cut very uneven, the polish job was horrible. I complained to the woman who was taking payment and she informed Daphnie and they simply offered to repaint the toes, no word about fixing the fact that everything else is also a hot mess. I paid the $24 because I'm not going to cause an unnecessary scene, but I learned my lesson and won't be returning. Thank goodness I didn't go in with the intentions to get more done. read more

I've been meaning to write this post since the other day. So, I went to the location near 135th and 7th ave to get my nails done while visiting on Friday 10/1/21. I spent $70 for nails and a pedicure. Come Sunday 10/3/21, one nail had fallen off. I couldn't go back to get it fixed, I was already in another. So Tuesday rolls around, 4 days later 10/5/21. I'm headed to lunch and happened to look at my left hand while driving and realized I only had one nail left. I am so disappointed and disgusted. For the life of me, I can't figure out if the nails were placed with spit, because it couldn't have been glue. How do they just fall off without me even noticing. I got my nails done for my fiancé's birthday and our anniversary so did my sister. I gave one star because everyone was polite but the work is beginner . Very unhappy and the only thing they offered was for me to come back and redo them . Why would I want that if two different people messed both of us up . Good people bad work . This was my first time going to them and they were very nice and welcoming. I had made an appointment the week before to get my eyebrows, acrylics Ombré and regular pedi. They started with the pedi and I told the girl to cut my nails as short as she can. I felt her digging into almost my skin. She even cut a pice of my skin on my big toe. She splashed some alcohol on it and told me it was bleeding and dunked it back in the water. She was too rough with my toes and I think she was new because she didn't know where certain things were. The paint job was very nice but when she was cleaning the paint on the crease of my toes with acetone, I felt burning on my big toes cuticles and on the right top nail because of the cuts. The woman at the front was very nice and attentive, she was the one who did my eyebrows and she took her time which I appreciated it. They definitely came out exactly how I wanted. For my ombré acrylics I had Maya and she was amazing! She communicated with me and was asking questions about exactly what and how I wanted them. She also took her time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. These two ladies are the ONLY reason why I'm giving 4 stars. My toes are in so much pain and are sensitive right now. But I am truly happy on how my hands and eyebrows came out. My feet came out nice but I would have loved them more if they didn't cut so deep. read more

This is my first yelp review. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I came in for an acrylic refill on my toes. I showed the lady a picture and everything. I usually try new nail places when it come to toes. You can't mess up toes. She proceeded to give me bubble nails on my feet. I showed her the picture again and told her it cannot but that thick. She continued. Then her manager entered the salon. She too said "what is wrong with her toes that's not short and square". She said she'd take over. After putting nail polish on my toes, they kept sticking together. She refused to put on toe dividers. She said she didn't want to waste products or put on extra layers of polish. Then when I was ready to pay they charged me extra from the price they originally told me. The manager said she had to "build my toe nails again" Don't spend your money here. read more

Okay so I hate doing my own toenails so I just always rather go and get them done quickly. I walk in, it's like crickets, rude .. no hi or hello. Have to say I can do a better job on my own toenails, this girl got paint all over my toes and kept fixing and retouching them. The water she used was ice cold, it is so much more comforting to have nice, warm water. Did not scrub my feet only for like 2 sloppy seconds. When she was done with the pedicure, if you look closely at my feet you can see that the paint looked sloppily painted on , not smoothly covered. Still with paint on my skin.. I don't know if she was brand new or what but she overall seemed nervous and did not seem to know what she was doing. Kept getting up and talking to some people , leaving me just sitting there way longer than I wanted to be. I still tipped anyways. Not satisfied . Never again read more

Went in as a walk in as a first time customer. Was told it would be 30 minute wait for a full set. I wanted 60 minutes plus. Two people that came in after me as walks were service before me. I wanted another 5 minutes then left. If your under staff I understand, but communicate with your waiting customers. Don't plan on returning to this establishment. read more

Their attention to detail on your nails is fantastic, their attitudes are so delightful and there's no wait! I usually go with my one year old and even my one year old was easy to manage there with how patient and understanding these girls are. I totally recommend you to try it. LEE NAILS on 123st & 7 ave AND Nail Bar Is two min apart from each other and Since they don't have somewhere to write a review on the other shop. Hence why am writing it under nail bar and not the other location. Needless to say I am NEVERRR WORKING THERE AGAIN!!!!! YOU DONT STEAL FROM EMPLOYEE AFTER WORKING HARD. NOW YOU MESSED with the wrong person. They don't sanitize their equipment. As an employee we tried keeping everything very neatly & sanitized. The owner of the place is a LIAR & STEALS from employees. They reuse their spa wax that they use for their clients feet after they are done with the wax she saves the wax & puts it back inside of the container to re melt it After other clients have put they feet inside the bags & wax. I can only imagine if a client gets cut & she put the old wax bags inside the wax melter again. She is CRAZY. It might seem clean but it really isn't. There is rat poop all over the equipment and spa products. See for yourself in the back room. The only worthy person in that place is an amazing nail tech Hispanic lady.
