Had my nails done here for my birthday and they came out great. They are kind of pricey for refills.

good morning I'm trying to leave a review for nail by Nancy the one that's located and 7th avenue 149th Street down in Miami. This people are very very rude to the . I got there I asked him how much for a pedicure. They couldn't tell me this one said go to that one. Once I got there they still didn't tell me how much it was. The lady start putting water in the thing and tell me put your feet in there. I was putting my foot in there the water splattered a little bit over her clothes. I apologize but she didn't answer and she keep on talking about me in Chinese with another Chinese person. Then she start talking about my food saying that oh you haven't done your foot in a long time oh maybe a year or so. I thought that was very unprofessional to say that to a customer. Then the lady continues with my foot swinging it left and right push it back. At some point I just want to leave with my my pedicure on done. But I managed to make it through. And that means you got one price but my mouth they charge you $12 for no additional work extra. I have done my foot of the places with other Chinese people but this one's a very mean and nasty. I would never go there again and I hope nobody go to this place as I'm looking at the review later on and I see everybody give them a 1. I could understand why please don't waste your time going over there unless you want to be abused in mistreated and talk about. read more

Man... If I didn't have a cruise to go on that morning, I would of had them remove these things off my hands and do it over! I've never had such a bad job done before on my hands. I mean it was just a gel refill. I didn't think they could messed it this bad. He did good with my feet but my hands are horrible!!! I want to take it off so bad!!! read more

What I got was definitely not what I asked for! I asked for coffin shape, showed the guy the picture, confirmed he could do the shape and it is NOT the same! The nail itself was super thick!!! The guy who was doing my feet was watching a soccer game on his phone while doing my feet. He was not paying attention to what he was doing! I told them I was dissatisfied, asked the customer next to me if I was wrong or the shape wasn't the same. She confirmed that in fact, it was NOT what I had asked for. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter and was told me come back later. When I came back he wasn't there to fix it. I had to make 3 trips and 2 phone calls til I was finally told "NO, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT!" I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

I went mothers day weekend for a fill and a pedicure and was so unhappy my design and flower are sloppy and messy I had Lee redo it 2 times then my pedicure the man was so rough it felt like my feet were on fire and he cut 3 of my toes I had to stop him in the middle of my pedicure I went to the owner Nancy to complain and she told me to let him finish even though I showed her 3 of my toes were bleeding I told her why would I want him to finish and when I showed her my nails and told her I was unhappy she told me no they look good charged me full price even for the pedicure saying he did most of the pedicure and didn't even offer to fix anything and she is the owner and does nails the only thing she told me was next time have someone else do them they're not that bad horrible customer service and horrible work the sad part is I've been going there for years i go every 3 weeks normally time with my daughter and spend over $100 I can't believe nothing was done what happen to customer service and making sure your customers are happy when I asked if someone's else could fix it she told me it would be $30 additional after I already paid $100 unbelievable read more

I'm only giving them 1 star because of their prices. Other than that, they aren't great at anything. Everything is basic. I got the worse french manicure ever from here! They have limited gel polishes, no chrome polishes, they can't do designs. I also got a full set & it was so far up that it looked like I needed a refill by the next day. If you like basic $20 nails, go there. But, if you are picky with your nails & like more options, stay away!! read more

I've been coming here since they were a small business starting up and they have grown since then with luxury spa chairs and etc. Nancy is the best for eyelashes and eyebrows. Shes been maintaining my bushy eyebrows since i was in highschool till now that im 24 years old. As far as gel manicures they are the best here! They do it with such care and strike up conversations even though some dont speak perfect english. The gel nails are $32 but so worth it here because they use a brand of nail polish that is gel but it does not easily chip or remove paint by acetone. And it holds for up to two to three weeks before getting another fill! Honestly Ive been to other nail salons and they DO NOT COMPARE to these guys. Try them out you wont regret it!! read more

On Frida, November 12 I went to this shop to do my nail at 6:03 p.m. Nancy did not turn me away she did my nails on the date of Sunday November 14 my middle fingers are popped off I went back to tell her can they be fixed because I knew she did not so them right because she was ready to leave that night I came back only asking to fix one but my nails are ugly all together but I did not complain I just wanted one fixed because it was literally off she try to embarrass me saying I'm lien I freakin spent my money and gave her ass a tip and she completely disrespected me telling me to shut up on something she messed up. She did not fix my nails she argued with me the whole time back and forth and honestly was the most disrespectful person ever. You will see the photos I post read more

I have been coming here for years but the last few weeks I have felt with this girl very pretty girl but extremely RUDE young girl. I mean rude as in asking me "why I still come here" and refusing to do my nail properly. I've been coming here for a few years and I love it. They always take me right away because they all know me and know that I can be quite impatient. I have my two faves but all of the nail technicians are very good and professional. They offer manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing of everywhere possible, eyelash extensions and permanent makeup. I always leave happy. I highly recommend this place. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. After coming here for almost a year straight, I can firmly state that you should find someplace else. The environment isn't very clean, and the tools aren't sanitized at all. They're almost always packed with people and just wipe some tools and keep using it on people. Most of the employees aren't very skilled, their purpose is to get through as many people as possible which means the quality of the job is almost always subpar. Most of them are also too rough, specially when buffing. I started investing in products to use at home and I do a much better job. I suggest you do the same. read more

I wish I can give this place 0 a big fat ZERO star. First of all this place is DIRTY. Freaking disgusting. I hope to God I don't get any fungal infection from this place. They DO NOT sanitize their instruments properly. And they look rusty and old the guy was trying to use some old used up nail filer on me that looked like it was hanging on to dear life. I'm new to the area and was desperate to do my nails as I'm going out of town. But Never again. Do NOT go here please! Aside from all of this the nail tech took my tip and looked at it like it was not good enough didn't even give me a thank you like a tip is an obligation. A tip is EARNED. HE DID NOT EARNED THAT TIP. I gave it to him out of courteousy and because while I was there he did spend A LOT more time PAINTING my nails Than other techs. Because the service they provide there is literally in and out. They don't do sh** on your feet but slap dirty water on them half @$$ remove Polish and cut you in the process. Slap some Polish on and out the door. Lady at the register was super rude as well asked me for my card in Chinese and gave it to me. No thank you either. If you go here you're literally nasty. Idk how these people have clients.
