Although the repairs took quite awhile, the length of time was only based on the fact that there were quite a few cars ahead of ours to be fixed. When we got the car back, we were amazed at how good it looked. The car was washed, waxed and had been detailed. It looked better than when we drove it home from the lot 2 years earlier!! They even had left a thank you note and a box of Girl Scout cookies inside as a nice surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Hopefully, we won't be requiring their services for our vehicle in quite some time.

This place is super close to me and convenient so I wanted to give them a chance. I took my Ford…read moreF150 there over the time period of a year several times. Unfortunately, either while my vehicle was there or once I got it back every time there was some kind of ongoing issue that had been caused by them. Ranging from my interior wreaking of cigarette smoke to them breaking expensive parts on my vehicle and expecting me to pay to replace them as well as accepting jobs from me then not having the proper tools to complete the jobs. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and opportunities to make things right I kept taking my truck back and explaining the issues. Eventually, it got to the point to where I was having to pay monetarily and with my time for their mistakes, and I wasn't OK with that. When I explained that what was happening and how they were handling things was not ethical nor professional, their solution was for me to no longer take my truck there. I agreed, but unfortunately that leaves me still dealing with issues that were improperly done by them after I've already paid them Thousands and will have to pay someone else again to fix the issues properly. Don't waste your money!!!
