Neapolitan Spa is hands down the best spa I've ever been to in Naples, Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, calming, and welcoming the space was. Every corner is spotless and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. You can really tell they care about each client's experience. The therapists are excellent--attentive, skilled, and in tune with exactly what your body needs. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and honestly wishing I had booked a longer session! What really sets this place apart is the owner, Tony. He is one of the kindest, most genuine people I've met. You can tell he takes great pride in what he's built, and it reflects in every detail of the spa and how smoothly everything runs. If you're in Naples and looking for a place to unwind, treat yourself, or just escape for a bit, I can't recommend Neapolitan Spa enough. read more

My husband gave me a birthday gift Groupon Certificate to Neapolitan Spa for a massage. Before going, I couldn't even bend my knee. My sciatica muscle was causing me to feel a lot of pain and always gave me a hard time since my job requires me to stand for long amounts of time. I thought I'd try this place out. It was awesome! I haven't stopped going ever since! And my sciatica pain is gone!! I can bend my knee now with no problem!! They Always have Great customer service! Tony always greets you with a beautiful smile! Everyone is great!! Lisa is amazing for my deep tissue massages! I call her magic hands because she knows exactly the spots that I need work on. It's an absolute blessing to have met her and her team! I will never ever go to any other place!! Thank you Lisa for your massage therapies and helping me feel better!! Thank you Tony for your great service! read more

This was my first time at Neapolitan Spa but certainly will not be my last. They were so accommodating to my daughter and I when I called that day to see if we could get in for massages. From the moment we got there we felt very welcome. This is not a super fancy spa that looks like a plastic surgeon's office, but that's not what we were looking for . We really just wanted a really good traditional Chinese massage and that's exactly what we got. They asked lots of questions about how much pressure we like and if there was any area that we didn't want worked on. We felt very comfortable the entire time. It's clean and peaceful and exactly what we needed after a few stressful weeks. Thank you!!!! We will definitely be back :). For some reason this is posting under my husband's name . It was mother and daughter not father and daughter read more

I saw this spa on Groupon and decided to take advantage of their coupon. I made my appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by a man (manager? owner?) and welcomed inside. I let them know that I was a little early for my appointment but they took me right away. The massage was wonderful. I did not come here for a fancy facility or coconut water after, I came here for a quality massage. The facility is very basic, but it is clean and welcoming on the inside. My 90 minute massage was excellent. I had a woman masseuse, I do not remember her name but she made sure that I was okay with the pressure and really took her time to do a great job. I felt much better when I left and was given a bottle of water and a friendly farewell. Very glad that I found this hidden gem! read more

Let me start by saying that this was my first massage ever and my first visit to the Napolitan Spa. My beautiful daughter set up the appointment and made all the agreements for our visit. What a way to start my week with such a gift! What an awesome experience! Tony was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very comfortable since the moment we got in. The rest of the staff was very nice and cordial. The place was very clean. The massage was out of this world, very relaxing. When I got there, I had a mild headache, which completely disappeared during the massage session. My body feels so light and relaxed. Honestly, I can't wait to go back. Thank you Napolitan Spa for making my day. read more

This place is so AWESOME! My Mom, Daughter and I went in for a foot massage while vacationing in Naples. I called Neapolitan ahead of time and spoke with Tony and he was able to book us all in together. We arrived at our appointment with a wonderful greeting from Tony as he rolled out the red carpet for us! This was my Mom and Daughters first foot massage and they were so relaxed and had such a great time. Alex did a great job with my massage and is so sweet! Thanks Tony for providing such a great memory and a wonderful service for us at a great price. I would highly recommend Neapolitan Spa and will be going back next time in Naples! read more

I purchased a one hour foot massage through Group-On and I was very pleased with my service from Luis. The place may be challenging for some to find, however when I called to set up my appointment Tony was very good at texting me very specific directions so I had no problem finding the spa. I received an excellent foot massage from Luis. He was very kind and gave the perfect pressure for a relaxing experience. You might share the room with another customer, however just sit back and close your eyes and you will never know you are not alone. I will return when I want another really good pampering for my feet! read more

I have never in my life received a better spa than this place. I live in Michigan and my sister and her husband treated me and my boyfriend to a couples massage. I told the guy exactly what was bothering me beforehand and it felt like he was in my head when it came to finding all my spots I had tension. Other places I have been literally would give me the basic massage, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I feel like a million pounds has been lifted off my body from the pain I had. I'm feeling like a million bucks walking out of this place. When I come back, this will be my first stop. read more

Finally a spa in Naples that isn't your typical fluff and buff massage place. The massage you get here is a mix between Chinese and Thai massage that beats Swedish or deep tissue massage provided at a regular spa. My wife and I have been looking for a place like this ever since we moved back to Naples form the east coast where we used to frequent a place in Dania beach called Tokyo Foot Spa that provides the same kind of massage. We have been going back to Neapolitan Spa for a bi-monthly sessions and have recommended this place to many of our friends and family. read more

I found this spa at the recommendation of a relative. A very quaint little place right off the US 41 that goes through Naples. Tony and Alex are two of the nicest guys I've ever met and made feel comfortable during my first visit. My therapist Lana was wonderful and professional. She gave me a fantastic massage focusing on the specific areas that I had issues with from past injuries. The Spa was very clean and and well appointed. I have been several times since my first visit and will continue too. read more

I had made a last minute reservation for my boyfriend to get a 60 min full body massage. They excepted us with no hesitation, and gave me a $10 first time discount. Tony was super helpful and accommodating to my boyfriend and I, offering us water and even asked if I wanted to sit in the room with him. The price was perfect for the experience. I will definitely be returning for myself. They supplied him with hot towels, body oil, and soothing music. He said he was very satisfied. I highly suggest! read more

The attention and customer service we received at this spa was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. Tony went above and beyond to make sure our experience in this couple massage was excellent. They were very accommodating with such a short notice and the quality of the massage itself was outstanding. I live in Miami, FL and now I will be looking forward to making the trip up to Naples every month or so. Thank you for the experience! Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. read more

To start, Neapolitan offered the best massage I've ever gotten! The owner is very responsive in the appointment making process and is willing to jump through hoops to accommodate you! We were a group of 4 looking for massages and were able to make appointments day of, and the team was very kind even when we ran a few minutes late. The full-body massage is great quality with a very reasonable price. Great ambiance, very clean, and very professional. I would recommend everyone to go! read more

I was so impressed with Neapolitan Spa that we came twice during our short vacation to Naples. Tony, the owner, was kind and welcoming and created a relaxing environment. I worked with two different massage therapists and both did outstanding jobs. Angie provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I look forward to my next visit in Naples and will certainly come back and see Tony and his team. Great value and kind staff! read more

I have been trying a few different spas around the Naples and Bonita Springs area and I would have to say that Neapolitan Spa has been my favorite so far. I booked a deep tissue and my massage therapist Alex did such a good work finding and focusing on the issues that were bothering me the most. His techniques were definitely on the advanced level. I would definitely come back, maybe even during this same vacation. read more

went to the Spa yesterday. A wonderful experience. There were two of us and both enjoyed our reflexology. I have had several reflexology treatments. This is by far the best! Definitely plan to go again. Alex was my reflexologist. Tony was my sister'. Both very courteous and professional. I have some neuropathy in my foot fro chemo. Foot always hurts. Pain is not gone but so much less. Thank you Alex read more

Fantastic experience at this spa! If you are on the fence, please give it a try! Found Neapolitan Spa on Groupon and since it had good reviews, I decided to make an appointment for a 30 minute foot massage. I am SO pleased I decided to go! It was easy and lovely. The only thing I am upset about is that I didn't get the 60 minute! Great experience and lovely staff, very clean, and relaxing! 10 out of 10! read more

One of the best massages I've ever had. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They ask questions and are interested to know if you have any pain that they can help with. Very skilled massage therapists. They ask for feedback during the massage as well and will adjust based on what you would like. Absolutely love this place and would return every time we're back in Naples! read more
