Dr Stretch is the best. He has addressed all of my families track and running related injuries,…read moresince 2001. We trust him completely expecially since he had a runner in his family too. When I had pain in my back it took only three visits and my back felt wonderful. He also told me that the root cause was probably at the computer. I lowered my work chair at work by an inch and have not had any issues since. We recommened Dr Stretch to our neighbor which works consturction. After only a couple of visits he told our neighbor that he was not the doctor for his situation. I strongly recommend Dr Stretch and his approach to pain management.

I got to my appt filled out new pt forms and my appt with the doctor which lasted a good hour or so. The receptionist came in the room and helped with the ultrasound but not once did anyone mention before or during my appt that "oh by the way your insurance is not going to cover this appt", which would have been nice to know up front so I could have canceled beforehand. So much to my surprise when I go to check out I'm told I owe 210.00. I was not prepared to pay this amount of money and feel this was totally unfair. I think the staff needs to get more experience with insurance verification and be more up front with new pts. I don't have the money to pay for a follow-up appt so the first appt has become a waste of money. Be very careful what you're told about your insurance. Not happy.

I don't even know where to start. I was referred to Dr. Moten for my returning back pain. It seemed…read morelike he had a plan but there was some miscommunication and it took months of tests I was unaware of (and time off from work) to finally get this L3-L5 ablation done. I was told if I have no pain after these tests due to the numbing medication they inject near your nerves you are a candidate for this nerve ablation that should give relief for 6-18 months. I finally had it done in December of 2025. I had some minor relief, maybe 10-20% and now I am much worse. It is February. His solution is now to burn nerves in my vertebrae. Between the miscommunication, the office constantly trying to call you and reschedule your appointments and the feeling like you are on just a conveyor belt with other patients getting the same procedures done, I would not recommend anyone go here. I hated this whole process and now I am worse. I can't get that time and money back, God only knows if my body will heal.

Pain management doesn't mean drugs, steroids and money. I wasn't impressed. Needs to be more in touch with his patients who want pain relief long term. Not instantly. Don't waste your time. Couldn't put 0 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received during my recent visit. The doctor…read moredid not introduce himself and did not verify my identity before providing care, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about patient safety. Additionally, I waited an hour and a half just to be placed in a room, and then another 30-45 minutes before the doctor came in. This excessive wait time was unacceptable, especially since I scheduled this appointment in advance. I also had a prior appointment and was told at check-in that the system for my insurance was down, so I was required to pay out of pocket. However, when I contacted my insurance provider, I was informed that my plan was active. This lack of organization caused unnecessary financial stress and inconvenience. Because of these delays and administrative issues, I lost my entire lunch break and additional work time, which impacted both my ability to eat and earn income. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would appreciate a review of this situation and a response regarding how these issues will be addressed moving forward.
