Communication is off the CHARTS !!!This guy doesn't show up and disappear into the void like so many others. Austin keeps me in the loop every step of the way-texting updates on his schedule, letting me know exactly when he'll arrive and coordinating multiple project seamlessly. No more sitting around wondering if someone will actually show up!! His quality of work and cleanliness factor is unreal. I've never had a contractor who actually left my space cleaner than before they started, but this Handyman does exactly that. He brings his own drop cloths, cleans up every speck of dust and debris and vacuumed up areas that weren't part of the original work zone. He also goes above and beyond , one fan that we had switched out had become loose and not evacuating properly, Austin took pictures and let me know what was going on and then fixed it immediately. Austin treats my house just like he would his house. His can-do attitude is refreshing . Whether it's fixing a leaky faucet, installing shelving, or tackling that weird project I wasn't even sure was possible, he's game for anything and here's the kicker. If something falls outside his expertise, he doesn't just shrug and walk away. He has a network of trusted professionals and will actually coordinate to get you connected with the right person for the job Quality work, fair pricing and genuine professionalism. Last job was new front porch soffit. All work was done professionally, quick and they cleaned everything up. The owner had provided great detail on the needs of our house and yet the bid was more affordable than other bids. I especially liked their attention to detail and quality work.
