He and his team replaced the shingled roof and the flat roof, replaced the windows, demoed the sides and prepped them for the rock work. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened--my washer's circuit board was fried, and I ultimately had to purchase a new machine. While he was at my home, he also left his toolbox behind. I texted him about it, and he said he was busy for the next two weeks but would let me know when he could pick it up. After a week and three days with no follow-up, I reached out again for a firm date and time. The screenshots attached show the conversation that followed. He accused my fiancé of "spreading toxicity," yet the only toxic behavior we encountered was in the tone and content of his own messages. This company never built the driveway, no trenching, no septic system, no French drain, no culverts, no parking area, no concrete was ever poured. Other contractors estimated 10% of the agreement was actually completed. Be sure and get references from this company with projects' as large as yours is projected to be and call the references to see if the customers were satisfied.
