During our consult in which we agreed on a certain time, she made up an excuse of her being on pain meds and tried to reschedule our appointment. Also you should read through the contract CAREFULLY. I tried to cancel even before we did our consult and she stated she didn't do any refunds even before we started any type of service. Also any pediatrician will advise you not to do any type of sleep training before 6 months. I told her I wanted to keep at least 1 night feed. She said if I chose to do that she would workout a plan in which I could do so. But during what was SUPPOSE TO BE our consult, she said she wouldn't work with us unless we cut night feeds, for our FOUR MONTH OLD. There are so many other options and sleep consultants that actually care about you as a parents and your child. Do not choose her. I was FORTUNATELY able to get my money back by filing a claim against her.

I had really high hopes and was super excited to work with Danielle after the initial consultation. I had only booked 2 weeks of coaching which was $400. The services guide that was given to me says 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. I understand not responding to 4 AM texts but there were days that went by where I wouldn't hear a peep from Danielle. She pretty much ghosted us after week one. About 2 weeks after the initial two week contract, I received a phone call from Danielle apologizing, which I appreciated; however, I would've preferred upfront communication instead of feeling like I got scammed out of $400. She did offer to get my daughter in a good place for sleeping to make up for the fact that she was not really reachable during the two week contract but here we are again... a month and a half later and I haven't heard anything from her. No follow up or "how's your daughter doing with her sleep?" I've almost given up at this point because I still have a daughter who struggles with bedtime and still wakes at night, despite our best efforts and I'm out $400. Maybe she would be better when she's in person but I feel like the coaching package was a waste of money.

We were immediately struck by Natalia's GLOWING reviews, and reached out to schedule a call. Instantly, I felt her warmth, and she made me feel cared for in my most delicate state. It was the easiest decision we made to hire Natalia. From night one, I knew our son was in the best hands, and could sleep soundly as a result. Natalia supported us five nights a week, for about three months, and thank god she was available to extend our initial contract. I can honestly say I felt like myself again because I was finally sleeping. Our son had some intense GI distress and gas, but Natalia educated us about the tools and resources available, and we could actually make him more comfortable, which then improved his sleep. We learned SO much from her years of experience, even how to bathe our baby, which up to that point was a mess of tears. She's is a wonderful speaker and extremely eloquent but her involvement and skill set unfortunately ends there. Keely abandoned me and my husband during an emergency c section. One I think would have been completely avoided with a more experienced, empathetic and advocacy minded doula. I have a long list of reasons I regret hiring Keely but all I think that really matters is that I'm certain my birth experience was made considerably worse as a direct result of her involvement. At our two week postpartum visit she remained consistent with her affirmations and assured me that I was doing everything just fine. Back to labor and delivery. She advocated for me, making sure I knew what was going on at all times. I was empowered in all of my decisions because she made sure I was in the loop. She helped me with different labor positions and kept me company while I was having contractions. She's an amazing doula and I'm so happy that she was mine.
