I personally really enjoyed taking her yoga classes at Golden Sol in Los Feliz, she has an extensive array of knowledge - from pregnancy to birth and the journey onward into motherhood. I felt supported and empowered by the information Sada supplied me with. My husband and I also took private childbirth ed classes with her. Sada seemed to be especially passionate about home-birth, but when I would see her interact with women having hospital births she had SO MUCH information to share with them about the hospitals and doctors they'd be working with. It was amazing really, and part of the reason I was so drawn to working with her. My labor was about 33.5 hours total, and at the first sign of labor (my labor started hard and fast) Sada came over and sat with me so my husband could get some rest since we had a big day ahead. When she came back the next afternoon, I was still laboring, and completely exhausted. She helped me (and my team) stay focused, and was the strong energy I needed to get through my slow labor. Leading up to my labor Sada was a continuous support system for my husband and I. She checked in with me, counseled me, hugged me when I needed a hug and really took the time to dive in deep so that she could help me have the experience I wanted. After my baby was born, we had a lovely visit a few days later sharing fruit, gawking at all the hair on my sweet babes head, and discussed the happenings of my birth. : ) I ended up making smoothies with my placenta, so i did not need to utilize LABK's placenta medicine services, but Emiliee did teach me how to make a tincture just incase I wanted to make one with any left over placenta (which I ended up doing). Sada was lovely to work with, and I just wish she did postpartum classes because I miss her! :)

She's is a wonderful speaker and extremely eloquent but her involvement and skill set unfortunately ends there. Keely abandoned me and my husband during an emergency c section. One I think would have been completely avoided with a more experienced, empathetic and advocacy minded doula. I have a long list of reasons I regret hiring Keely but all I think that really matters is that I'm certain my birth experience was made considerably worse as a direct result of her involvement. Throughout our experience, she asked for detailed information about our child's sleep schedule, feeding patterns, and behaviors, which was time-consuming to document. Yet, those details seemed disregarded, as the feedback almost always boiled down to a generic "you'll have to let the baby cry," delivered in a reassuring but repetitive way. Months later, we're still struggling to get our child to sleep independently. We received no follow-up documents, no lasting framework, and no practical tools to help us move forward. After spending over $1,000, we were left feeling misled, frustrated, and uncertain about what to do next. If you're considering hiring Brandi, I urge you to think carefully. Save your time, energy, and resources. Look for a consultant who offers structured support, written guidance, and consistent follow-through; not someone whose attention is divided elsewhere. I actually worked with you in April 2025, and communication stopped soon after the contract period ended. We followed your instructions exactly as outlined. We contracted Brandi Jordan as a sleep consultant in June 2025 when we were in a truly desperate situation; I was hallucinating from sleep deprivation and suffering terrible postpartum depression. In hindsight, I figure that's how we fell for this. We paid over $1500 and here's what we got: a single one hour Zoom, a single 30 minute phone call about a week later (for which she was 20 minutes late), and 30-40 days of "text support," though there were several instances where she did not respond for three days despite our texts. I felt "left on read." To be fair to her, it was in our contract that this is what we could get: a one hour zoom, up to 3 follow-up calls and 30 days of text support. When I signed the contract, I did think this was sort of minimal, but I was desperate and figured "hey, maybe she can work magic." At our initial Zoom call, she said she had "never met a baby that couldn't sleep through the night after 2-3 weeks, max," so we were thrilled and hopeful! Now I know why this is true; she doesn't actually *meet* the babies- It's all virtual! She absolutely cannot work magic; please don't fall for this marketing that preys on desperate parents like we did. I feel stupid for having believed her. As other reviews have said, there is no individual tailoring, and the method she uses is essentially soft Ferberizing: letting the baby cry and cry with intermittent check-ins that get progressively longer. This was torture for all of us. Our baby was born extremely prematurely at 26 weeks and spent nearly 3 months in the NICU before coming home on oxygen. We did this contract when she was about 9 months old (6 months adjusted). We were obviously all still traumatized, and she had a lot of difficulty self-soothing at all. There was no troubleshooting about what how her and our individual situation might be contributing to sleep issues. Listening to her cry for 90 minutes in the middle of the night resulted in my self-harming several times (again, I had bad PPD). We did it though, because Brandi told us to. How it would work is that every morning we would text Brandi how the night went, and she would maybe respond that day saying something like "okay let's do that again" or "let's push this feed back 15 minutes" or something. A lot of the time she just wouldn't respond. I gave two stars because after the 30-40 days, our baby was sleeping a bit better than at the beginning (only 2-4 wakeups a night instead of 10). Additionally, this is way too expensive for such minimal support. You can find all this information online (Ferber with intermittent check-ins and dream feeds). Maybe if you have a normal or semi-easy baby this would work, but otherwise only time will help. Our baby is now 1 and wakes up about once a night every other night; only time got us here.

She made an appointment with me as soon as possible and brought her scale. My baby was very fussy and Christina helped me to understand that sometimes it's not soothing techniques and maybe it's an underlying issue that's going on that was causing the fussiness. Furthermore she helped me understand how lactation works and has helped me gained more control over my milk supply. I got a lot of my sanity back once I was able to have a more balanced lifestyle while being able to feed my baby. Christina is so sweet. She really cares about moms and is there to talk to in case we just need someone to talk to. She is always open and willing to have a direct conversation without the fluff. I really appreciate finding her and being able to work with her.

The best investment!…read more I can't express how grateful I am for Eileen! I booked her to help us with our first child when I was still in my first trimester of pregnancy because I knew I would probably feel a bit overwhelmed (and tired). She came over to the house when I was at the end of my pregnancy and looked at everything we had set up in preparation, suggested a few additional helpful items, and gave us peace of mind going into the birth. After we gave birth (and were exhausted after 3 nights of no sleep at the hospital) she was at our house the night we brought our son home and it was SO nice to have her support after such an intense experience. I originally planned on having her help us for 6 weeks but found her support to be so valuable we extended to 12 weeks. She started her doula training in 2012 so I was confident in her advice after working with so many babies over the last 14 years. She is also a mom herself. She helped us successfully drop night feeds (as developmentally appropriate) and now we have a great little sleeper. I always looked forward to the nights she was coming over because I knew I would get some rest and I could ask her any questions I had (should we try swaddling him with arms out, what should we do about his dry skin, etc). Waking up to clean baby clothes and sterilized bottles and pump parts was lovely too :) I can't imagine starting our parenthood journey without her and would 1000% recommend her to any expecting parents! We will miss Eileen and can't wait to work with her again with our next child.
