I love this place Dr. Payne really takes her time explaining any issues you my have regarding your health. Unfortunately she is now semi-retired and it will be difficult to see her on the limited schedule she has. I've never had good experince in the past with ob Dr's but Pamela was sooo gentle and nice and listen to my questions and answered everything with such a good patient I'm so happy that I found her . Unfortunately, Nurse Payne is no longer working! She has retired. So far, I have yet to find someone as gentle and communicative as her.

Pamela Payne is awesome. I tend to prepare before going to any type of doctor, etc with a List of questions - some relative and some not. Thankfully she is very patient. Not only that, she doesn't give you that cold mean vibe. My pap with her wasn't bad. I had a few previous experiences with her compared to some other drs. and it wasn't comfortable. She's the type who, "no question is a dumb question" type of person. I like that. Not only that, but i asked her her personal preference on vitamins, etc and she gave me honest answers. read more

Pamela Payne is one of the finest CNP's I have ever had perform routine exams/tests. She was super relaxed and funny - but she took making sure that I understood the possible conditions my symptoms could be caused by - from the more common even to th more scary ones. She recommended that I initially look into unterine ablation and gave me a lot of literature and web resources. A few years later when the reason for my visit seemed ominous to every one in the staff but Pam - she seems to understand that mind - body connection so well. So wehn it did turn out that a hsyterectomy was the safest option for my particular situation - it was really a breeze. I honestly could have been back at work the next day exept that the day surgery center was so backed up they had to move me to a regular room because my surgery ended so very late in the day. But I did go to work that day, just later than I typically am at my office. When my oldest daughter (23) needed an exam and had some question I knew without a doubt she would love Pam and she did - and has referred her friends there too. read more
