Yesterday I had phone appointments with three different people. Adam Kintigh is VERY knowledgeable and walked my husband and I through the process of getting a Solo 401K. No matter what state you're from. They also have a list of great clients, from athletes to brands. Last Thursday, a partner and I came it to meet with Bryan for a meeting and conferencing in other partners. He took the last minute meeting with in a day, since we advised we were in town. Thanks we're good the first few years, but now I get 2 to 3 meals a day on unwanted services. How do I get trying to get new business but what pisses me off is I've tried dozens of times to unsubscribe and then feature doesn't work on their site and then worse yet I email them and get no reply. Either this company is too aggressive and blasting out spam unwanted emails and is not keeping his finger to the pulse of his customers or perhaps a third-party is blasting this out to every single person on their list regardless if you opt out. In either case I do not appreciate all the unwanted emails for services I don't want from this company. Now that I've invested my time and calling them every day to let them know that I am completely dissatisfied with their services. Additionally I posted on our website my Frustration with their services I'll post on their company website Facebook page numerous times throughout the year warning others of the spam email blasts. I have one LLC agented by NCH, and this relationship has been in existence for almost a year and a half. In most customer service cases, they give wrong information. Opposite from right, in other words, not even a little bit right. Getting with a person who knows the best answer or at least a correct answer is annoyingly time consuming. Getting an appointment with the rep on your account is also difficult. You call a customer service line and leave a message, and they call you back. Phone tag. And no apologies from the owner when you contact him about the incorrect information you've received. And more expensive than the competition from what I've heard, although I haven't researched it. read more

Years ago I paid a great amount of money to set up my LLC and all the necessary services I needed to start my business, As an entrepreneur I was eager to get started and didn't want the hassle of trying to figure everything out on my own. Over the years I handled my own renewals and submission of required documents. Not being an expert it made me nervous to know that I could be vulnerable and not even know it. Jason reviewed all my documents and made sure that everything was in order. Pros On the whole NCH has done a good job. They helped my wife and I setup 3 LLC's, 3 Land Trusts and a Revocable Living Trust. In these areas I would give them 4 stars. They walk you through the process step by step, and thorough with their follow up. Cons NCH also offers other services such as Business Credit Services, Tax Solutions, Business Planning, etc. So, in addition to the items mentioned above, we purchased Business Credit and their Tax Solutions. Their advice to us was to charge these items to our personal credit then once we establish the businesses, then apply for business credit and balance transfer the costs over to the business to raise our personal credit score back up. On paper, it sounds like a good idea but in our situation, we couldn't obtain enough business credit to execute the balance transfer. While I still believe we needed all these items, we did not need to purchase all at once. It would have been more advantageous to phase our purchases so my credit utilization would not be so high. In other words, perhaps buy one LLC and Business Credit at around $5K cash, then obtain the business credit we needed then buy the other products. At present, we're stuck because we're carrying this debt and cannot qualify for the credit needed to execute the balance transfer. This has been a valuable lesson learned and we'll likely have to use cash reserves to pay our balances down so we can move the business forward. In hindsight, we could have avoided all this if we had phased our purchases. As experts in this area, I wish NCH would have provided this guidance to us and in this area I would rate them at 1 star. read more

If you're going to form a corporation or LLC, go with Legalzoom, not this "company". Don't fall for this company, they're just after your money and they could care less whether or not your business is successful in the slightest. On a further note, don't incorporate with any of their sister companies either, Corporate Service Center or IncForFree. Trust me when I say this, it'll save you A LOT of money in the long run.
