Nicole was great in the beginning and very responsive. Unfortunately since February 2025 I've been requesting for her to cancel the account she opened on my behalf with ADP so I can open my own account to handle it myself. She has yet to do this and ignores my emails and phone calls now. I find this very unprofessional and frustrating. I would have used her services again for the next tax year, but sadly now I cannot recommend doing so. Especially after reading I'm not the only customer with a similar experience of lack of communication read more

Had a very pleasant experience here. Even being from out of state. Quick and straight to the point as our taxes weren't at all complicated. She mentioned she deals with much bigger fish on the daily though so they're not a stranger to whatever you bring to the table. I'll be trusting them with our future taxes from now on. read more

This is my second year hiring Nicole to assist me in my small business and personal taxes. She is excellent as what she does and is detail oriented. She helps me stay on top of things I didn't even know I had to stay on top of. I highly recommend her services. Her prices are well worth it and you're in good hands with Nicole. read more

Nicole was awesome! She responded quickly and I was able to get an appointment for my taxes within days at the location closest to my house. Got my taxes done same night! At my appointment, Nicole was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Nicole. Bonus!! She donated $100 to the Non-Profit Dog Rescue A Path 4 Paws with no additional fees to me just for mentioning AP4P read more

Quick, efficient, friendly service and very well priced. Will definitely use them again. Very much recommended.

This woman is a liar and a thief . She has stolen thousands of dollars from me and manipulated me over and over again into trusting her only so she can steal more from me.. I just left her office and the property manager strongly advised me to contact the police . Such a disappointment I trusted this lady. And she turned out to be a crook. read more

Used Nicole to get caught up on 7 years of taxes! She helped me maximize all of my qualifying expenses. Saved me tons of money I didnt know I could save. Such a great job! and offered me a good discount on all of the filings. Super affordable! She is Friendly and attentive. I will recommend all my friends and family! read more

Nicole was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to taxes, but she doesn't return phone calls, text messages or any form of contact. This leaves you in a very peculiar place when it comes to your taxes. I wish this review could be different because of how impressed I was with her at the initial consultation, but there was never any communication after. read more

This is mine and my partner's first year going to Nicole. And we can not recommend her enough! As a person who knows nothing about taxes, tax season is always very daunting and scary for me. But she handled it and made it super easy for both of us. I was a regular W2 person. She handled it super quick and made it look easy. My partner had a multitude of forms to file this year and even that looked like nothing when Nicole handled it. She asked many questions to ensure we were getting back the correct amount we were owed, and even on things we didn't know could count towards this! It was also very cool to learn how many other services she offers; DMV services, insurance, home warranty, the list goes on! Outside of her services, I highly recommend her for anyone who is nervous or scared or unsure about tax season, like I am (and evem for those of you that aren'!). She is extremely friendly and down to earth and we were all laughing and joking the entire time. She made the entire experience very memorable and makes me wish I found her and went to her sooner. You will absolutely not regret giving her your business! read more

Nicole is truly a godsend! I had a helluva year ins 2021 with all minds of complications. i had 3 jobs, started business, bought and sold crypto, the list goes on... It was a week before my extension went up and I was in full on panic mode, I was confused, anxious, and scared I was about to get roasted by the IRS. Once I connected with Nicole, 48 hours later my taxes for 2021 and 2 other years were handled! She even saved me money by taking over managing my business instead of me using a registered agent through legalzoom (scam). I CANT recommend her enough! read more

My wife and I changed tax preparers this year, and after searching approx a dozen other businesses decided to try here. Met with Liaz (apologize if I misspelled your name) and what a pleasant surprise. She was very personable and walked us thru the minefield of tax prep. It was so pleasant to have such a great experience. Went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Best of all their price were half of every other service I reached out to. Thank you for the great experience and looking forward to seeing you again next year. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good experience. read more

Nicole was the best person I couldve gone to. I was looking to do my taxes last minute & she was able to take me in as soon as we could. I am so happy to have found Nicole. Nicole is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast professional. After she graciously accommodated our last-minute appointment, meeting with her sealed the deal. Not only does she have the coolest personality, she's an great communicator and is super organized - which I have learned is hard to find. I don't think a lot of people say they have a good time getting their taxes done, but with Nicole, I did! I will definitely be referring Nicole to my friends and family as her services are worth every penny. I am very grateful for her valuable advice that she generously shared throughout our meeting and will be filing with her for the foreseeable future. read more

Very good service..... I recommend people who want to get there tax done right come to this office.

So the only reason I picked this company to do my taxes was because of the reviews in seeking a new place do our taxes reviews are a big part. With that being said my first experience was not great un experienced people and unprofessional. Now why i give one star because the young lady Nicole had to come to the office and try to fix my bad experience she is very nice and personable so kudos for trying to make my situation better. With that being said I thought my taxes were fixed and done correctly but oh no for 300.00 I still received a letter from the IRS for miscalculation. So this place will definitely be a No for me the future. All i can say is everyones experiences in life are different so try them if you dare. I hope they post this review because I feel constructive criticism is important I think the whole office needs more tax prep classes. read more
