She made learning the clinical skills for the exam straightforward and stress-free. The course included an online module for the written portion, which made it super convenient to study at my own pace, and we were also given a workbook to help prepare for the hands-on portion. One of the best parts of the program is the open lab sessions--they allow you to return and practice clinical skills with an instructor's supervision, which will be a huge help in building my confidence before the exam. I was so impressed that I came back for my BLS certification, which was taught by the owner, Clay. Clay was amazing--experienced, kind, professional, and genuinely hilarious.
