I got lash extensions here today, they looked fine at first but when I got home I saw how the glue had completely taken over my entire lashes. My lashes are crispy and literally so disgusting and uncomfortable. Never coming back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. UPDATE: I called the lady and I was very sweet and she literally told me it was my fault for her doing a bad job. My eyelashes are still falling out and red, and she refused to give me a refund even though I explained the situation. VERY rude, literally the worst experience I've ever had. At the end of the phone call she said "no refund", hung up, and I think blocked my number. Do NOT come here!! This lady is rude and so condescending. Keep in mind I've been doing lash extensions for 2 years... and never had a problem. I recommend going to Polished Head to Toe if you want lashes!! Almost LOST my thumb NAIL!! I went into the salon with my daughter, happy and hopeful to have a mother daughters nails day. First impression was fair, I felt they were very rushed, not warm or welcoming. I went in for dip powder, nails, and tips and pedicures for both. The whole experience was very rushed. The nail technician was very rough and seem to be in a hurry to get to the next client. I never once saw anyone do any hygienic sanitation. I decided to look past that and thought perhaps it was OK. Long story short, same day my thumbnail started hurting started getting swollen I tried to tend to it at home with warm salt water. Nothing was helping. I ended up at the urgent care and had to get put on some very strong antibiotics because I had a severe nail infection. It has been almost a month of me now being uncomfortable, and still not healing. I went in to try to resolve the issue and asked what I should do personally, and if they could either refund me or give me a pedicure as a courtesy as I was overdue, she agreed in the beginning and when it was time to check out, she completely turned And rejected giving me a free pedicure and charged me. She was not accountable at all and was very nasty and rude towards the end. I paid and I left and I am submitting a claim. Be safe out there. read more

Walked in and asked for coffin nails. I walked out with misshapen rectangles on my nails. I asked her to fix it, she told me it was too late and I was welcome to come back, which is great, but would have been avoidable if the whole experience wasn't rushed so they could close on time. Mind you, we went in 2 hours before they close. Also, my friend and I went in at the same time and for some reason they made her sit there for 30 minutes while a girl who came in after us got her pedicure done after they had already started on my friend's nails. Not happy with the vibe of this place or the fact that I was essentially told it was my fault because I said "it was okay". She never asked me if I was okay with them and I told her coffin shape 2 times. What basic nail tech doesn't know a coffin shape and why wouldn't you ask me? I would tread lightly as these ugly misshapen nails cost me $45 read more

Went for an acrylic fill. Im not sure why the tech tried to take one off the acrylic layers off my one nail... she used a plastic nail (tip) to dig under the acrylic between that and my real nail. I asked if she was trying to take it off, usually a solution would be used. I pulled the acrylic layer off myself, of course it damaged my nail, but I wasn't about to let her rip it off. I got a basic acrylic fill, gel polish and it was $47, plus $3 for "gel polish". So $50 ...?! not including a tip! Pretty crazy given I paid $60 somewhere else for a full set, gel, designs and all. My friend had a peddie, they refused to use the color she wanted. Hers was also $50, without a massage. Nothing astonishing for the price. Likely won't go back, I also can't find any prices listed anywhere. OHHH & the entire time I sat there with the fumes so intense, I felt like I was on laughing gas! If I I could rate this a negative star I would. From the moment I set in the chair, the technician was rude and did not acknowledged what I asked for. I asked her to shape my nails a certain way and she said because of the length it would be $5 dollars more. Then proceeded to cut the nail tips so short. After that, I asked asked her how much I owed her because I was leaving and was unhappy and did not complete the process. She just looked at me. I walked out extremely frustrated from the unprofessionalism and rude behavior. I will not be going back to this sad example of a salon. On a positive note, this mishap led me to discover one of the best salons I've been too. European Nail. I already reviewed on google, so I can't again but PLEASE do NOT come here! I got lash extensions and as they are falling out my natural lash is coming out with it. This place literally shouldn't be open. My eyes are swollen and in extreme pain, and constantly watering. Thankfully I'm getting these lashes removed by an actual professional, but still $50 dollars down the drain. read more

Went at 930 am on a Wednesday morning when they first opened hoping I'd get a great mani pedi since they would be fresh and not exhausted at the end of a long day. I was wrong!! The technician Helen wasn't interested in me unless it was to ask me to upgrade to gel on my nails or a deluxe pedi (which I did and will not do again). She put the minimum amount of effort in and I left very unhappy and for $51. I am usually a decent tipper and I left her nothing. My mani consisted of her running an Emory board lazily over my nails 2 or 3 times max (even after I asked for them to be shaped), asking me to wash my hands and then doing a shotty paint job (only lasted 3 days), no care to my cuticles and no arm massage, which didn't surprise me seeing as how I received a very lazy and minimal leg rub with my pedi even after "upgrading". We just moved here and I am usually a very dedicated once a weeker once I find a place I like (which I mentioned to her), so their loss. I feel I gave her every opportunity to do a good job and she failed. I will not be going back!! read more
