My niece and I went today to get our nails done for my wedding coming up and they did such an amazing job! They were very nice and worked really well with my niece as she has never had her nails done before in a salon. She was all smiles after wards. I absolutely loved my nail tech Kat. She was very detail oriented and asked if everything was good before she proceeded with the next step. The store was very clean, a little dust here and there but it is a nail salon. All of the staff was very friendly and chatty which made the service go by fast. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Update: i started off with a 3 rating but it's not even worth three stars. Yeah lus the cost was $45 for a dip and $15 for the French tip. Adding a tip it was extremely expensive for the quality. Of course we were on vacation and thought we could have a fun day getting our nails done but it wasn't worth it. Find another place. The two stars are because they were very nice. read more

I went here for a while and left because I asked for a certain nail tech and was given someone else to do my nails. When I made my appointment I was not told the nail tech no longer worked there. This was very disappointing but I went ahead with the nails as I needed them done and I use to love this salon. That is no longer the case. The nails are absolutely horrible and lasted for less than a week. Not to forget how horrible my nails looked after. Before this salon received new owners it was great. But now I wouldn't say that so much. They make you give them good reviews on google for a "$2 discount". I got acrylics every time I went here and I understand that acrylics do damage your nails, but this was BAD. My nails were never even, they never put the acrylic down to my cuticles meaning they grew out so fast and looked ridiculous. My mom got a manicure and they damaged her nails so bad! My mother used to be a nail tech, so her nails have never looked bad until now. They sanded down her natural nail just to put polish on? They also sanded down our toe nails with the nail sander, and our toenails now look absolutely ridiculous!!! Both our nails and toenails are ruined. Which like I said has never been a thing bc my moms always taken care of our nails. I don't recommend this salon. I have always been the type of girl to get acrylics and my nails have never looked this awful once taking them off. I am extremely upset. read more

This is the only nail salon I will go to in my area. All the technicians are fantastic but Amy is my favorite. I get compliments on my nails every time. They are always up on trends and can do just about anything you ask. I usually get almond shaped nails when I have acrylic nails and they do it perfectly every time. They have a wide selection of regular and gel polish including mood changing polish (one of my favorites) I always feel welcomed here, and I can tell these ladies really enjoy their work! I would give 0 if possible. I made an appointment and had to wait an hour to be seen. I would've left if I didn't need my nails done desperately. I was charged $40+ for an acrylic gel fill in.... my nails were nothing but sparkles. Poor service and poor nail work. The employees are rude and change prices each time you visit, also depending on which person does your service. Do not choose this salon. You'll regret it like I did. read more

In town visiting and I broke a nail. I found Sincerely Serenity on Yelp and went in for a nail repair. The salon was closing in an hour and the place was packed but they agreed to squeeze me in. My technician was friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. The broken nail that was fixed looked so much better than the rest of my other nails. If I had time I would have had Sincerely reshape and redo the rest. If i lived in town I would definitely go here. Its tucked away in the back of the strip mall where Academy Sports is located. Avoid! I have had many pedicures in my lifetime but never left with the top layer of my skin having been removed. Still - 3 hours later I am still in pain. It would also be helpful if the owner would address broken furniture. read more
