Hubby backed into the garage door and dented the bottom panel. BIY gave an estimate of $885 to…read morereplace just the bottom panel with a new one. They took a deposit of 50% and several weeks. On the day they were scheduled to replace, the panel supposedly fell of the truck or they got into an accident or something and the panel was damaged. Weeks later still hadn't heard from them so I called to find out what was going on. They had the panel and we scheduled for them to come the next day. Once again, they did not show up and I was promised a call from the manager the next day. Of course, that never happened. So they've had my deposit for about three months now. I requested my deposit be refunded. Crickets. I disputed it with my credit card company (THANK GOD I didn't give them a check or cash!) and never heard from them at all. Good riddance, don't be scammed!

What impressed me most right off the bat was his thoughtful communication--he took the extra care to correspond smoothly with my dad, who doesn't speak English, making the entire experience completely seamless and stress-free for our family. Rudy quickly diagnosed the broken spring and had it replaced in just 30 minutes. He clearly explained that the new spring was covered under warranty, giving us total peace of mind. He also noticed that our garage door belt was starting to deteriorate and pointed it out to us, but there was zero high-pressure sales tactic or attempt to upsell us on the spot. Rudy is fair, honest, highly skilled, and respectful. Fair pricing, clear communication, and top-tier work--we couldn't have asked for better service. We met that day and agreed with estimate and measurements. He informed me they will begin in two weeks. They did begin in two working on the fence. During the two days the two guys working on the fence dug a huge rock and left it on the landlot next door to mine. I had to call the manager to have the rock remove. They also made a hole where the orange markings for the electrical wiring was located and cut my neighbors cable line. The workers set up the fence leaving the gates up about 9 inches from the ground. They had place the concrete for the poles and left the small hill of dirt beside each pole for about two weeks. I get a call with the fence not completed saying they are ready to pick up the check. I informed the manager on the holes not being covered and the gate needing to be lowered. The manager promise, ill come tomorrow to get it done. It took two weeks for him to get it done. He then decides to call me at 857pm wanting his check. For several weeks i inform him i can give to him after 430pm. He tells me he can meet with me between 430 and 6pm. He informs this time on 7 occassions. No call, no text. But at 8:57pm he wants to call me to pick up the check. If you hire this company the price is reasonable, however you pay for what you get. The fence still looks unfinished compare to pictures of other resident homes they have complete. I wish i can post the pictures on here to show you. Be warn and dont pay for job until it is complete

He took nearly all of our contract money and then disappeared, leaving the project unfinished for over a year. This experience has been financially and emotionally draining, and I hope this review prevents others from going through the same.

We have a wood frame 2 story home that was built in the early 1920s. Our vision for it's…read morerestoration included a custom paint job with 8 colors. We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number or colors, but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunicaton. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance, but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. The completed paint job exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
