I used A Plus Mega for several years to do repairs to my garage door, mainly spring replacements. In Oct 2024 they came and replaced the entire motor with a new one, within a year the garage door started making strange noises, I called they came and serviced the door and adjusted the chain and charged me for that visit. Less than a month later, the noises returned I called again and was told that there was nothing wrong with the motor, but I needed a new door. Shortly after, the cable attached to the chain broke, and I called another company who indicated that the new motor was not designed to work with that cable/chain combination, that there would have been a new chain and rail included with the motor. Because the new chain and cable were not installed, the old cable snapped. If A Plus Mega had installed the unit correctly I would have saved hundreds of dollars and days of headaches.
