Tim and Frank installed the first fence. They were professional, polite, answered all my questions, and left the yard neat. I called Andrea after the installation to tell her about a problem I had with one of the gates not closing by itself. She arranged for someone to come out and fix it on my first call! Chris installed the privacy fence. He was on time and confirmed the layout of the fence and gate before starting. He was professional and polite as well. That replacement Impact windows doors Impact roll down Screens said. 1st reply I received was a personal from Drill Sergeant Const. They were quick to answer my questions. 2-3 days later we had other companies to follow up. We did take the time to get 3-4 estimates all seemed pretty much in line. The difference was John came to our house 2 times Once was to introduce products of windows Impact screens and then John came back 2nd time to review job and cost. We decided to go with Drill Sergeant after 3 other companies actually sent us their estimates by email and no to very little follow up. Then John explained all their procedures once more. To our surprise John explained that our final inspection would be preformed by Brett he is the Supervisor and Forman that inspects all jobs for Final Inspection "3 times" This eliminate 99% of any issues before ordering our windows, door and 2 impact screens. The constant communication and follow up we never had to call! Quality of workmanship and materials was as we expected. Installer was very neat. Did a great job and everything fit as all the extra efforts were really worth it to us. Would highly recommend this company for quality, service, price and workmanship. Got a Yelp message on the 22nd that they would call. No one called and no one showed up at the appointment timeframe. While I understand that contractors are busy after Hurricane Ian there is no excuse to schedule an appointment, not show up for it, or not even call to reschedule. Very disappointed.

The vinyl is already cracking at the hinges, screws are pulling out, and the gate is misaligned and under pressure when closing. This is not normal for a new installation. When we contacted the company, the issue was blamed on "wind," and they mentioned an aluminum frame would have been needed -- something that was never recommended or discussed during installation. We asked for an inspection, but instead of evaluating the issue in person, our concerns were dismissed. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of accountability.
