We met that day and agreed with estimate and measurements. He informed me they will begin in two weeks. They did begin in two working on the fence. During the two days the two guys working on the fence dug a huge rock and left it on the landlot next door to mine. I had to call the manager to have the rock remove. They also made a hole where the orange markings for the electrical wiring was located and cut my neighbors cable line. The workers set up the fence leaving the gates up about 9 inches from the ground. They had place the concrete for the poles and left the small hill of dirt beside each pole for about two weeks. I get a call with the fence not completed saying they are ready to pick up the check. I informed the manager on the holes not being covered and the gate needing to be lowered. The manager promise, ill come tomorrow to get it done. It took two weeks for him to get it done. He then decides to call me at 857pm wanting his check. For several weeks i inform him i can give to him after 430pm. He tells me he can meet with me between 430 and 6pm. He informs this time on 7 occassions. No call, no text. But at 8:57pm he wants to call me to pick up the check. If you hire this company the price is reasonable, however you pay for what you get. The fence still looks unfinished compare to pictures of other resident homes they have complete. I wish i can post the pictures on here to show you. Be warn and dont pay for job until it is complete

What started as an exciting impact window and door…read moreproject turned into a stressful experience filled with installation concerns, unfinished repairs, and poor communication. We dealt with improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed window installs, damaged exterior trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and instead of replacing it properly, a 2x4 was added beneath the window and the original sill was reinstalled on top. We had two separate GCs inspect portions of the work who both expressed concerns with the installation quality and waterproofing details. Despite bringing these concerns forward multiple times, the company refused to correct what we believed were installation-related issues.
