Our salesperson, Zaid, was exceptionally polite and respectful, and he went out of his way to make sure the car was fully detailed inside and out before handing over the keys. Pretty disappointed that I wasted my time coming here. I came to look at an M3, and while…read moreinspecting the car, several things immediately caught my attention. The car had a mismatched set of tires, and even more concerning, you could see the core support/paint peeling underneath the radiator shrouds at the top of the bumper--something that appeared to indicate a previous respray or bodywork. When I brought the issues to their attention they keys saying well the Car fax is clean, ignoring the obvious On top of that, the asking price was extremely high considering the condition and the issues I found. The overall environment was also pretty unprofessional. A bunch of Chinese guys chain smoking in the front. The cars on the lot were dusty and dirty, and the place just didn't give me much confidence in the quality of the vehicles being sold. Overall, I left feeling like I had wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and inspect anything here very carefully before considering a purchase. Personally, I'd skip this place.

Best car selling experience! If you need to sell your car and want a fair & hassle free experience,…read morethis is the way to go. We called Javier in the afternoon he gave a price for my Tesla Model Y over the phone and by the evening came by to my house with his wife Abby with the check and to pick up the car! The price was fair and more than I was being offered for a trade in. Javier was referred to us by friends and neighbors that also had great experiences. They can also assist with buying vehicles, if you have something specific in mind call them and they can help you out! Will even deliver the car to you. New way of doing business that makes sense! Who has time to haggle for hours at a dealership?!

I was referred to CarStub by my boyfriend, who had previously used them to sell a couple of older…read morevehicles, so I decided to give them a try when it was time to sell mine. As a nice bonus, CarStub also honored their referral program and gave him a $50 gift certificate for referring me. One of the biggest advantages for me was the convenience. As someone with a busy schedule, I appreciated that they came directly to me rather than requiring me to drive somewhere and spend hours waiting around. It made the entire process much easier to fit into my day. After providing some basic information over the phone, I scheduled a convenient time for them to come out and inspect the vehicle. Robert reached out ahead of time to let me know he was running earlier than expected, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to explain the process and perform a thorough inspection. There was no pressure or hard-selling involved. If you have a realistic price range in mind, the negotiation process is straightforward and respectful. After agreeing on a price, we completed the paperwork on the spot, and I received payment the same day while arrangements were made to pick up the vehicle. What stood out most was the customer service. Robert needed one additional document after the sale and was willing to work around my schedule, even returning the following Monday to make the process as convenient as possible. Selling a car can often be stressful, but this experience was refreshingly hassle-free. Between the mobile service, same-day payment, and attentive customer service, I can see why they came highly recommended. If I ever need to sell another used vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Robert and the CarStub team again.
