On my last review I asked them to get there act together because a new car wash is opening across the street (Spark). Well they still have on going good issues with the equipment. I just canceled my two monthly passes today and now I'm a Spark customer. All new equipment along with a matt cleaning station. Just a FYI lov employees are great i will miss them, good luck to all.

It's a nightmare, I'll just go back to paying for individual washes at the locally owned car wash. This is exactly what can be expected when Private Equity enters a market or industry. Watch out for their $1 charge. I understand they add $1.00 to 8% of their customers each month. 50% don't notice/care and just pay it. 20% open a dispute or call but give up after the first runaround and the final 30% get the $1 refunded back

The last couple of times I got the deluxe wash, it was decent. However, on my most recent visit, the staff seemed rushed and did a poor job with the pre-wash scrub. I specifically came in to remove bird droppings from the roof of my car. When I pointed it out, the employee glanced at it and said, "It's clean," until he took a closer look and saw that there were still a dozen spots left. The staff seemed irritable and eager to leave, not customer-focused at all. I felt bad for the one guy was drying all the cars by himself. He had more customer skills than the guy at the cashier. It's disappointing to say this after so many years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

He restored my dirty and stained leather upholstery seats and my interior carpet to pristine condition . The outside , including the rims and tires were cleaned to the standards of the my car when I first fell in love with it , in a dealers show room. It is now so clean and beautiful that I am going to turn over a "new leaf " and stop my sloppy habits of eating and drinking in the car. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

When he showed up for the appointment, he was trying to talk me into the up charge before he even looked at the interior of my car. He backed off when I told him I only want the basic $179 detail and said he would do the 90 minute $179 interior detail. About 45 minutes into detailing my car, he texted me that he was going to charge me for $215 to clean and $65 additional charge for a total of $295 for stain issues and excessive debris. I don't know where he pulled those numbers out of (which is more than what an exterior and interior detailing is on his site and I wasn't even having my exterior or trunk cleaned) and the numbers don't even total to $295. When I saw his text message, I told him to stop cleaning and that I didn't agree to that and I only wanted the $179 basic cleaning. He said he didn't know how to do that. He then finally said he would only charge me $179, but then sent me a link to pay $215 (including my $50 deposit). I paid and he refunded me $36 about 15 minutes later of his own volition. He is a total scam artist. He is not using professional/commercial grade tools. He is not a professional whatsoever. He lost his phone in my car. He came an hour late to the appointment. You can do a better job using the free vacuum and spray at a car wash.

However, today...I can't say that. I am very disappointed in how they handled my car. Sure, there were times I have found dirt around my car rims and dirt around my door creases, but I never did mind or complained---as long as the exterior and interior was cleaned, for the most part. I noticed they were busy, so it seemed like they were rushing and getting cars out quick. I noticed they were taking extra long with my car and thought they were just spending extra time detailing it. But...NOPE! One of the guys who washed my car was so rough that they popped off my rear view mirror. The guy then proceeded by saying, "Nothing was broken. Just take it to the dealership." I told him my car wasn't like this when I drove through. I spent $30 just to have my mirror pop off? He then told me how terrible European cars are and tried to forcefully put it back together.
