Although the car had been in so many hands before I made it back to it, my iphone was perfectly safe, untouched sitting right in the center console. Someone could've easily swiped it and didn't. Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash.

Now they are cleaning the inside but when you pay, you don't get out of your car, you go through the car wash and drive to the the guys that will dry off; if your cleaning the inside you will then drive it to the next person.
