From Day one, our orthotist, Lindsay S, made us feel at ease and answered all our many questions. She gave us the utmost patience and respect each and every session, explaining what she was doing and answering all our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable as well. She also assisted in helping get our then infant's son's helmet covered by insurance, which is apparently not an easy fit..... Our son went from a 19mm deviation to a 4mm ( which was above and beyond anyone's expectations. )! We strongly recommend Hanger to anyone who is considering or needs their services.

The process to get them through a podiatrist is arduous and draining since several people are involved along the way. By the time it comes back to me, they are made wrong! Ive severe overpronation with PTTD and enlarged accessory navicular. After getting orthotics from Spencer, I realized how critical it is to get what I needed right from the source. I've came back to the office many times to get adjustments to the orthotic and it is done in minutes and never an issue. Spencer is always very accomodating. The first day after I wore Spencer's orthotics, I couldn't believe how fresh and pain-free my foot was. There was no soreness! I don't remember my feet feeling this refreshed since I was a child. Amazing work and professionalism!

A few years ago, a subtle pain in my left heel began to surface. Over time, it intensified to the…read morepoint where I had to alter my gait, just to lessen the discomfort. Living in NYC, where walking is a way of life, I felt crushed, fearing my mobility would continue to decline. I desperately tried various over-the-counter shoe inserts from brands like Sof Sole, Orthofeet, and Birkenstock, but none offered any relief. I consulted a podiatrist, and X-rays revealed bone spurs on both my left and right heels (though only the left was symptomatic at the time). My podiatrist explained that there wasn't a definitive cure for bone spurs; instead, the focus was on pain reduction to enable a normal life. She strongly recommended I visit "the best Certified Pedorthist in NYC," Spencer Weisbond (her exact words), for custom-made orthotics. At that point, I was willing to try anything for even a slight reduction in pain, so I promptly scheduled an appointment. My experience at Orthotic Solutions was excellent from the start. Spencer made the molding process easy and comfortable while he explained everything thoroughly and efficiently. A few weeks later, I returned to pick up my custom orthotics. Spencer trimmed them to fit the shoes I brought and provided instructions on their care. My hope was that they would at least ease the pain enough for me to walk short distances around the city. What happened, however, was far more profound. In just a few weeks of always using my custom orthotics, the pain in my left heel had completely disappeared. That was two years ago, and I remain entirely pain-free when using my custom orthotics. Occasionally, if I walk for extended periods without them or go barefoot, I can feel a hint of pain starting to return, reminding me that the bone spurs are still present. But the custom orthotics properly distributes the pressure on my feet, allowing me to walk without pain. Frankly, if I hadn't experienced this myself, I wouldn't have believed that custom orthotics could make such a significant difference in my life. Thank you, Spencer, for giving me my mobility back!

We had first stopped at another orthotics shoe store that didn't carry any rockers. My son then remembered Eneslow, where my niece had previously purchased her shoes and was extremely happy with them. She actually wore her new pair when we went back, which says it all! When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Raul again. He had helped my niece before, and once again he was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He really knows his products and immediately understood the type of rocker shoe I was looking for. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the choices. Raul was just as attentive and helpful with my niece as well, which we truly appreciated. To make the day even more special, my son surprised me by buying two pairs for Valentine's Day. It was truly such a thoughtful Valentine's surprise and very much needed! I absolutely love my shoes. Thank you son. My niece brought herself new shoes as well. Thank you to Raul and everyone at Eneslow for the excellent service and care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality shoes and outstanding customer service.

To be clear, and fair: I have ZERO issue paying for their services where they measured my leg and showed me how to adjust the brace. But that's not worth $930. I wasn't even there 30 minutes.
