The bottom line, there was no stupidity where they asked for my keys , drove off with my car, stood there for the full day, and all that horrifying stuff that we dealt with in the past . I tried a couple I found the car that I liked drove around did what we had to do ; and NO, bologna , as I said ! We picked up the car yesterday with a full tank of gas, nice clean and shiny, and my monthly payments are very reasonable after some of the horror stories that I've heard of what people pay monthly nowadays! Rude and pushy saleswomen but I accepted it because they had the car I wanted at a good price that I couldn't find anywhere else in the surrounding 45 min radius. The car ended up having a ton of electrical issues , I found out it had 3 different aftermarket auto starters in the car which was wild they told me it was factory when I got the car well that was a lie and someone messed with all the wiring. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.

From my perspective (that of someone who has easily leased 25 new cars), the honest and excellent professionals at Alden Mazda represent the gold standard prototype of how a dealership should be run. They respect your time (how refreshing!) are honest & transparent in their presentation of figures and are also just really nice, real people.
