From my perspective (that of someone who has easily leased 25 new cars), the honest and excellent professionals at Alden Mazda represent the gold standard prototype of how a dealership should be run. They respect your time (how refreshing!) are honest & transparent in their presentation of figures and are also just really nice, real people. We dealt with Richard (Sales Manager), Andrew (Sales Consultant) and Amy (Finance Manager). All three were absolutely fantastic. I would say this is definitely in the running for "the best car buying/leasing experience that I've ever encountered." We will be back and will happily refer any friends & family who might be in the market. D. Cooper

Rude and pushy saleswomen but I accepted it because they had the car I wanted at a good price that I couldn't find anywhere else in the surrounding 45 min radius. The car ended up having a ton of electrical issues , I found out it had 3 different aftermarket auto starters in the car which was wild they told me it was factory when I got the car well that was a lie and someone messed with all the wiring. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.

After weeks of shopping and dealing with poor salesman who basically told me I was crazy and never going to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford I finally made the conscious decision to return to Alden. Lou, Jack & Damien all were incredible from start to finish- professional, personable & knowledgeable. Not only did they take the time to explain all my options and how they work now and in the long run, I left the same day with the exact car I wanted for the price I could afford. I am over the moon with how the process went from start to finish, how in love I am with my brand new car and how these guys are still around whenever I have a random question or concern. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Alden next time you need a vehicle! You will not be disappointed

He asked me what we were doing in the parking lot and told him we have to start somewhere to find out about down payments what kind of a car we were looking for and all the questions that I needed answered. To make this very long story short, we spoke to a very nice sales man. I told him exactly what I was doing there and that's exactly what he did. He answered my questions, and then we met Mark. The bottom line, there was no stupidity where they asked for my keys , drove off with my car, stood there for the full day, and all that horrifying stuff that we dealt with in the past . I tried a couple I found the car that I liked drove around did what we had to do ; and NO, bologna , as I said ! Well, ten months later, my car goes up on a lift to get the transmission case fixed and literally, my car cracks in half on the lift. My whole back end fell out. Upon further inspection my mechanic informed me that they spray foamed and bondo'd my frame back together. The kicker? They spray painted it all black so the work they did wasn't visible to the naked eye.. It should've been in a junk yard, not a dealer lot. I'm just thankful it broke in half up on lift and not when I was out with my three kids. I've messaged them, but no response. I'm more baffled they pieced together a car that should've been totaled and sold it!
