Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Side note - the owner came each day to review the workers progress and the work; provided all the update information. Happy home improvement!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Morpho Carpentry. I found…read moreseveral major issues with my newly purchased home and needed major work done. I needed full demo of the back part of my home, a rat wall on the exterior wall, waterproofing, regrading, and reconstruction (insulation, drywall, paint, floors, etc.). I reached out and gathered estimates from more than 15 places in the area. Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. He made the whole process straightforward. When a couple unexpected problems came up, he explained the situation to me and provided me with fair options. I am extremely happy with the level of quality and craftsmanship that Morpho Carpentry provided. I will absolutely work with James for my future home projects.

In…read morethe middle of my renovation, the carpenter that was referred to me by a fellow colleague walked off on the job. No warning and no reason, I was left with only 1/2 of my home remodeled, while my family and I were stranded in a small rental home waiting to return. Spencer and his team came to the rescue. In a matter of a few days, his contractors were finishing projects and fixing several mistakes made by the previous carpenter. I was able to move back into our home on time without issue. Spencer's people were clean, courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to get the job done right the first time. The workmanship seems good, but too many difficulties dealing with Jan Door…read more First appt was scheduled sometime between 10 and 2. Phone rings at 9:10, asking why I am not here/available. But he does not have the necessary parts (hinges) on the truck. He quotes a firm price, collects a 50% deposit and schedules another visit. The day before the second appt I call to (re)confirm the 8:30 appt. Yup, on the schedule. The day of the appt I call ... and am told the 8:30 appt is now 11-1. Um, okay. I am told that the tech will call when he is 30 minutes away. 1:25 and no call ... so I call ... and am told that he is here and working. Nobody is here. Nobody has called. Telephone lady seems baffled and promises that I will be called 30 minutes before they arrive. Two techs arrive, the promised 30 mins away call was never made ... and they want another $100 above and beyond the Balance Due listed on the work order. What ??? Office is flummoxed. I am placed on Ignore for 15 mins, then the telephone lady said the mgr would call me back. They did not call. Ultimately they agree to do the work for the original Balance Due amount. Techs try to take my copy of the work (receipt) order when they leave. Techs did not clean-up after themselves, leaving me to pick a handful of metal shavings from the carpet. The fact that they ultimately solved the problem for the quoted price is the only thing separating them from a 1-star review.
