Dr. Alnoman is a lifesaver!!! I contacted his office (for the first time ever) late in the afternoon on a Friday after a tooth had shattered during lunch and left with a temporary replacement and two new crowns ordered. Most dentist offices in the area were closed, but they agreed to see me right away with no hassles and little wait time! I am less than two weeks away from losing dental insurance for almost three months (yes, terrible timing), so they worked with me to come up with a full repair and restoration plan at an affordable price that prioritized what needed to be taken care of immediately (as I'm still insured) while still making sure further work would be affordable while I'm not insured. No other dentist has tried so hard to accommodate me financially or personally. I have had terrible dentists from middle school onward into adulthood, so I had very little hope for local dentistry or for my smile (the only thing I've been self-conscious about, until now) when I walked into the office; however, Dr. Alnoman was professional, personable, and had a very positive attitude that made the entire experience easy, pain-free (even with a root canal, cleaning, fitting for two crowns, and a temporary tooth to allow me to continue smiling and eating while we wait for the permanent crowns to arrive), entertaining (Hulu on TV), and comfortable. The entire staff shared the same positive attitude and was fully accommodating from start to finish (and I had a lot of work done in one sitting). If anyone is looking for a dentist, I highly highly recommend Dr. Nawar Alnoman at Dental Logic in Palatine. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST dentist I've ever been too. He's so wonderful, knowledgeable and skilled, through, and just literally the best Dr I've ever been too. He did my recent root canal and was so gentle and sweet. He made it absolutely quick and painless! The office staff and assistants are great as well. I really can't express how amazing and wonderful Dr. Nawar Alnoman at Dental Logic is and they offer a wide range of services. I had an excellent experience with Dental Logic. I would give them an even higher rating if I could. Dr. Lilly did absolutely amazing work and gave me my smile back. I could not possibly thank her enough for that. She was very kind and great at making sure I understood exactly what was going on at all times. She was very communicative and always made sure I was happy with the work she did. Her assistant Astella was also great. She was very attentive to both me and Dr. Lilly and always helped make me feel comfortable during my time there. Wendy in the front office was amazing. She worked a lot with my insurance to make sure they covered everything I needed and saved me a tremendous amount of money. Also, she was always great at working with my crazy schedule to make sure I got my appointments quickly and at times that were convenient for me. I am absolutely amazed and so happy with how much the Dr and his assistants seem to genuinely care about their patients!! Everyone was so nice and very informational, they didn't seem rushed at all, which is awesome because I've had a hard time finding a dentist that doesn't just want to get every patient in and out as fast as possible.....best experience I've ever bad with a dentist ever hands down. Dr. Nawar Alnoman has been my dentist for three years and I am very pleased with him and all his staff. I am glad I finally found a dentist that offers relaxation. Yes, it may sound funny but I was very afraid of dentist but he makes me feel at ease. I have sensitive teeth but when does the cleaning. I don't feel pain which I love and it makes me feel very comfortable. The whole staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
